Sechs unnötige Schritte, was vorher in drei erledigt war. 🤷‍♂️ Es dauert entsprechend auch doppelt so lange eine Reise zu erfassen. Bitte wieder Rückgängig machen. ### 1/5 — Case Study on Bad Functionality *2024-06-04, version 3.43.4* This app is horrible, not only does it barely function but the core promise of AI supported expenses is a flat out lie. Would you like to spend hours finding missing receipts that you know you attached, correcting the most obvious mistakes the AI gets? (wrong date, wrong expense category, wrong currency, etc.) How about a system that is so unintuitive we had to make our own training on how to “game” the system just to make it functional? I don’t know how they’re connected to UBS, but combine those two and you’re in for some real pain. I just hope whatever kickbacks are going to our executives justifies the hours of wasted time. I never thought I would consider quitting a company over their expense management software, but Yokoy has nearly pushed me to the edge. ### 1/5 — Not working anymore *2024-05-23* App not working anymore since last update… great ### 2/5 — Look elsewhere - your employees will thank you *2024-04-29* Barely usable and very unpolished on the end-user side of things - feels like a half-product. Blank screens and infinite loading spinners galore. Some times it simply starts with a white screen and you can’t do anything.. killing and restarting does not solve the issue. Mache ein Foto, muss fast nie etwas ausfüllen und dann bin ich auch schon fertig. Verliere dadurch keine Belege mehr und muss auch nicht mehr während der Arbeitszeit suchen und kann mich besser aufs Weste Luchs fokussieren.
