Regularly does not go back to touch identity and then doesn’t recognize my account number or password. It’s the most non working app I have! Calling, guided to setting up an extra step with a code has not worked as well! ### 3/5 — It’s okay *2020-05-27, version 8.0.2* Basically, it works for the things I need it to do. I can transfer money between accounts, send money to other members (generally my kids), and pay my home equity loan. It is a bit clunky, however, with an odd design. It also has some disconnected links or items that don’t work. For example, I couldn’t download the transactions into Quicken from my credit card account (although my checking and savings accounts worked). I also hate the timer which boots you out too quickly. On the old website, there was a nice feature where you could press a button for 15 more minutes. Now, whenever I am balancing my accounts (and going in and out of YCFU), I have to resign in a half-dozen times. I’m still glad to be part of a local CU and finally out of the big banks, but it is a bit of an inconvenience using this program.
