Things that I would struggle to read it manages to extrapolate really well (can’t see the total price on the original receipt for a product, so it worked it out by multiplying weight by unit cost), and always with sufficient detail picked up for me to resolve things manually when in doubt. A useful feature would be the ability to create my own categories, please, which I suspect you may already have in hand. And I have been equally impressed by your Customer Support when I have emailed with a query; rapid knowledgable responses, clearly written by a (very nice) human each time.
