The app keeps asking for location to be active always, why does an HR app require location 24/7

If this feature was to put more control on geolocation check in, believe me there is no law in any country that would allow a company to enforce app installation.

This opens the door for legal cases against the employers

the platform is great overall and helps to ease monitoring and tracking of various expenses and holidays. the mobile app is a great tool for the employees to request for documents and leaves while on the go, also the ease of amending entries of payroll is a great help. highly recommended
