### 2/5 — Card easy - careful with PIN

The card itself was very easy to set up, and added to digital wallet straight away. When ordering the physical card - I had to set the PIN. Normal stuff, enter once, then enter again to confirm. Again - no problem. Physical card arrived in 2 days. Big plus. First time use of physical card requires chip and PIN. Went to use card twice and was told incorrect PIN, so paid with alternate means. Checked the app, and the card I’ve received has a random PIN. The only way to change PIN is to order a new card. Fingers crossed it turns up with the PIN that I set next time. Make sure you check the PIN before you try to use the physical card. It may not be the one you set!

This is the worst credit card of all time as they can reduce your limit without any notice. Now imagine you are on a holiday and needs your card but opps the limit has dropped down and the money available is so less and of no use 
They dropped £6000 just like that without any notice and any reason.
Don’t trust this yonder better get an AMEX best to use anywhere in the world.

If I could give them a zero, I would they are the worst online banking I’ve ever had to deal with. There were free account for no reason asking you to send over your bank statements with all your income. For them to verify your address when it’s other things you can verify, but no, they want your bank statement to be very careful of this company. No they charge you £15 a month for absolutely nothing when you try and use your card at the store. Your card will bounce for no reason knowing that you have money in there don’t even bother wasting your time and your money on this company. They are Rude and they’re very disrespectful. You will send them a message. It takes them a week to reply back then I wanna send you a bombard of messages in one go. But don’t want to reply to you their customer service is absolutely horrendous and it’s not like you’re getting any benefits from this account anyway yes abroad but what you are paying £15 for nothing you have to book your holiday through them to get the insurance and for an online account, why would you want to see anyone’s income? It has nothing to do with them. Please be aware of this bank. I have had so much trouble with them first I couldn’t log into my account because their system was down trying to log it back in was a nightmare the customer was absolute horrendous. You’re emailing them to get Help and you’ve got 10 different people trying to tell you what to do and when you confront them, they will close your account because you say something why you do this? Why do you need my finance information? And then now close your account it just goes to show they’re not legit.

All fine and well until you need to use the card abroad, they’ll then block transactions you make in person with no way to approve them (actual banks let you do this).

Then if you try to make the payment again they suspend your account for an indefinite time until you re-verify your drivers license with only Otto the AI to answer for their actions.

Finally resolved after a human reviewed the verification via a third party, slow response and resolution since there’s no direct number to call.

They give credit without a reason, and if they want an explanation as to why it happened, they say we can't explain, meaning that respect for the customer and the customer's wishes for this credit lend doesn't matter.

Absoluty shocking. First I could not log in. It was not accepting my phone number. I called customer service just to talk to AI- that told me that the ticket was raised and hung up. 
Then when I finally logged in, I wanted to close my account. You can only do it by chatting to Otto (chatbot). That got stuck and does not reply to me. So I can’t close the account. And on top of that o can leave conversation. Which I need to in order to start a new one. What? Honestly. I wish I never set it up in the first place.
