Keeps asking "Device registered for another user. Do you want to register for you?" And when you press"Yes" nothing happens. So slow and lags a lot. With all the resources is this the best you can come up with. Plz pay for a good developer to create an app. It 2024 for Godsake! ### 2/5 — Does not work through VPN *2023-02-26* Have to disable VPN to by-pass “proxy error”, which is a pain and potentially unsafe. They should make the app more secure rather than put such restrictions. I have other banking apps which are robust and do not require to disable VPN. When i enter the OTP they show that special characters are not allowed but i dont enter any special character. I have to restart the whole process again. Reading its description on App Store, it’s a far cry from what they have described this to be. This app is nowhere near the level of RBC or TD banking apps. Extremely old school, cluttery, worst user interface and half the time it actually does not work. It is obsessed with OTPs. All this bank knows is to make money, but not invest a penny in improving infrastructure, customer experience and convenience. ### 1/5 — Frequent logouts *2026-01-14* Logs out if there is an error in fetching data. Logs out if we click on transactions field, logs out simply for everything. ### 1/5 — App crashes after SIM change *2026-01-13* From last 3 weeks this app is crashing. There is no way to attach screenshots of error. I uninstalled app, restarted mobile device and installed again and issue still persist. Although i am able to login to through official website. It’s very user friendly. Still needs some more features to be added up as to select the Indian amount that you want to send. ### 2/5 — Login Issues *2025-02-06* After about 3-4 minutes of inactivity (not clicking on anything) even if the screen is on, it goes logs out. Same thing for their website. In banking platforms, most people need to take time to review emails and statements.
