You can’t go back in the app. You have to forcefully close the app and then reopen it. And it’s very frustrating. So anytime you need to view an activity this way, you can’t go back; you have to close the app every time and repeat the process and allow every user to report a bug easily. Take an example of Snapchat or Facebook, where if you shake the phone, it asks you whether you want to share the report or not, based on whatever action you took. We as one of many teams sent many Important documents and comms through Yoobic, are finding that items get lost if clicked read by one member of the team, but has been wiped off from other members. Plus documents and comms are not categorised, just a long list. No way of flagging important information either. We used to use Teams, along side Yoobic One, but one presumes my company are transitioning. Sans compter que l’interface n’est pas du tout adapté aux iPhone de dernière génération (16 Pro) : barre du bas et du haut qui se superposent aux icônes, c’est illisible. Et c’est soit disant une app pour pouvoir bosser, laissez-moi rire (jaune)… ### 2/5 — Missed Opportunities *2025-06-19* We recently transitioned from Workplace to Yoobic and have found a couple key features are lacking, especially when compared to the functionality we had with Workplace. A few specific areas for improvement: - The ability to schedule a do not disturb function in chat notifications throughout the week, ie and option to pick when the app/ user can receive notifications, 9am -5pm Monday-Friday, off Sat/Sun, this is so vital so staff can set it to dnd mode so they don’t constantly get notification when they are off, this function should mute the whole app, WP has this function and it so valuable to employees, and one of the biggest complaints with Yoobic so far. - An auto-reply feature in chat when dnd notifications are turned off, which would help support better work-life balance for employees, especially managers.
