Everything seems easy enough but when I go to list an item, oh wait you have to verify your number and then your entire listing is gone. Ok verified the phone now can I list? Yes… no. Verify ID. Listing gone again. Edit listing? Nope deleted the entire thing and not saved anywhere. I’m about to make the same listing for the 6th!! time… only takes 2 minutes but man it’s frustrating ### 4/5 — Needs so updates *2025-05-25, version 3.1.1* This needs to work on the web. It’s difficult to link products and bring attention to this entire platform if the only method is sharing is the app link. Need to be able to share specific product link to draw in users. The cost of living is so high here, renting items out is saving us more than one would think. The whole process is easy and support is always available. If I wanted something just for a day like a rug doctor or kayak or specific tool, I was able to save money renting it from a local. I was also able to rent out some of my own tools and musical instruments and make a little bit of passive income. As a bonus I’ve met some cool people that share similar interests. As a college student, it was an awesome way to make some income on the side without having to do a ton of work. I’ve been able to rent out my paddle board and other outdoor equipment with ease. One winter, I rented snowshoes for the day! It was a great experience and definitely something I wouldn’t have been able to do without Yoodlize. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking for “one-day” type of things or for people who want to make some extra cash! ### 5/5 — Saves me and makes me money! *2024-01-02, version 2.4.4* I’ve been a long time user of the Yoodlize and platform and have seen it improve over the past 3 years. The inventory of items available for rent are excellent and span all types of categories. I enjoy using Yoodlize because it allows me to try out various sports without needing to buy all the gear! Because of Yoodlize I was able to try out snowshoeing, paddleboarding, and kayaking all for fractions of the cost of owning any one of these items of equipment. As someone that also rents their high end camera equipment on here I have only had positive experiences and feel secure knowing that each rental is insured! The rental was completed everything was done in the app how it was supposed to do. It’s now been two weeks and there been no payout issued and the customer service representative Natalie can only be reached via email. She’s been “looking into this” for 5 days. Apparently I’m out of $60 from the rental and it’s not the customers fault because she paid the app well in advance. This app just will not release the payment. Please use another app for your rentals!!! I just want some answers. I rent this chair through Facebook and have never had issues like this. Now I use this app and they hold or took the money. Have not heard back from any of my emails one dating back to 11/27/24 (21 days ago). I may update or increase this review if there’s better response times to email communication, which is the only form of support with this company. Should worry a little less about onboarding and more about customer retention. Update 1/10/25: Still no contact from the company. Downgrading to one star. ### 1/5 — Utah only *2023-01-23, version 2.2.3* Good idea, but they hide the fact that they only work in Utah…which needless to say is a huge limitation. Went through the process of signing up, verifying email and phone, and even uploading my ID without ever running into any mention of the Utah restriction. Then when I went to enter my address, the state field was hard-coded to Utah. Only then did I realize I couldn’t use the app. How disrespectful to users! I don’t know if it’s because in the in-app mail system is broken or if no one uses it, but in either case it’s been a waste of time and I’ll be going to Facebook marketplace where there are users ### 2/5 — Only for Utah *2021-08-01, version 2.0.3* I would’ve given this app five stars for sure except for the fact that it only works in Utah what’s the point in having an app that only works in one state? It’s also awesome to be able to make money for things that you already own that are just sitting around the house. Highly recommend giving it a try. I’ve used it a few times and it worked out great.
