### 3/5 — Potential but glitchy

*2026-06-17, version 3.0.22*

Has a lot of potential and many of the features I’m looking for but it needs some work as it’s pretty glitchy.

I’ll hang on to it to keep an eye out for updates so I can hopefully use it in the future.

### 2/5 — Not working

*2026-03-28, version 3.0.17*

Crashes when adding task iOS 26.4

### 3/5 — For ADHD

*2025-09-29, version 3.0.4*

Much too detailed for me. Seems to be well constructed.

### 2/5 — Great concept

*2025-09-11, version 3.0.4*

Downloaded this app during a free lifetime promotion thinking it was the perfect replacement for a paid Tiimo account, wrong. It is the exact same concept but currently not well executed. Any new task added will not update to be shown without force closing the app. Multiple tasks simply disappear after being entered and there is no search feature to see if perhaps the date was just changed which was an issue within the habits section. Selecting a destination section while on the add task feature doesn’t work for me, I can click the section space repeatedly and nothing happens. The only feature that is working consistently is the calendar import which leaves you with a different graphic for the exact same daily view of any other calendar app. I’ll keep checking in on this app because I truly do love the concept but with this many bugs it’s more frustrating than helpful.

### 5/5 — Really love the app

*2025-09-10, version 3.0.4*

Super super useful. Love it and will use it every day. Super useful for my timeblindness with ADHD

### 5/5 — Get your attention back

*2025-09-10, version 3.0.4*

I’ve tried plenty of planning apps, but Yoodoo is the first one that actually fits how my brain works. The time blocking, habit tracking, and reminders keep me on track without feeling overwhelming. The Pro version is worth it for the extra flexibility. It’s simple to use, looks clean, and I can finally keep my day organised without bouncing between different apps. Highly recommend for anyone who struggles with focus or just wants an easier way to plan their day.

### 2/5 — I don’t honestly know if the app works…

*2025-09-10, version 3.0.4*

I tried to get this during the promo, but sadly, it didn’t work.

### 5/5 — Really helpful

*2025-09-10, version 3.0.4*

I’m loving this app.
I’m a believer now.
Thanks foe the creator (earthly & heavenly)

### 5/5 — Brand new here!

*2025-09-10, version 3.0.4*

Just downloaded the app. Ready to dive in and try it. Communication with the app creator is awesome!

### 5/5 — unabashed 5 stars...

*2025-09-09, version 3.0.4*

... for not collecting data. Further evaluation pending )

### 5/5 — Chinese version

*2025-09-09, version 3.0.4*

Need Chinese version plz～

### 2/5 — Didn’t work

*2025-07-14, version 2.2.5*

I REALLY wanted this to work. I signed up for the free trial that would go to pro, so I can try everything. It looked like exactly what I was looking for. It changed my life for about 2 hours lol. I entered my templates entered my tasks. I had synced calendar and iCloud. Awesome. A couple hours into use. Half my templates were gone. My timeline got jumbled. Some Tasks themselves disappeared as well. When I would try to report the issue via the app it would not let me send the email. After trying multiple times (it would freeze). I cut and paste it to my email and sent it from there but haven’t received a response. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times. Hard reset the email phone. My iOS and apps are up to date. Full battery. I tried it all. Nothing. I have to keep reentering the templates and tasks. And when two days in I woke up and my whole timeline had erased. I had enough. It defeated the whole purpose of streamlining. In theory it is perfect! But too buggy and unfortunately I can’t pay 40$ for an app that doesn’t do what it says. I canceled. Maybe it will be better in the future.

### 5/5 — IN LOVE 🤍

*2025-06-21, version 2.2.4*

discovered this app out of nowhere, and now it's my favorite! use it everyday, super helpful, especially for people with adhd or just forgetfulness, 10/10 definitely recommend

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Beware: subscribe or get locked out

*2026-05-18, version 3.0.20*

I have been using the free plan for the last few weeks (I don’t need the pro features) and was happy until today. Now I’m locked out by a subscription screen that I can’t close and I’ve lost everything I put in.

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2026-01-01, version 3.0.11*

Nice features, but the interface could be better. Also, cannot set tasks to repeat. Tapping on that menu item elicited no response.

### 1/5 — Fake free lifetime promotion offer

*2025-10-08, version 3.0.4*

I downloaded this app during a free lifetime promotion offer, but was billed $89.99. It’s been a huge hassle to get the transaction reversed.

### 1/5 — App advice free… NOT!

*2025-09-10, version 3.0.4*

On app advice it says it’s free, it’s not!!! It shows at $89.99, that’s false advertising!!!

### 1/5 — Free pro button is a scam

*2025-09-10, version 3.0.4*

Free lifetime pro version pulls up a $90 charge. Guess you hoped I’d already lost focus. Don’t worry, stayed focused long enough to write this and delete your app. Nice try.

### 1/5 — Hoodoo app

*2025-09-09, version 3.0.4*

Is testing ADHD concentration. Can’t find other term for life free subscription. Tired for non and reluctant action for skip. Bye. See you no more.

### 1/5 — Aggressive Paywalls and Constant Crashes

*2024-11-12, version 2.2.95*

The “free” version is very unclear, but basically throws a paywall at you for every action you take in app. I could add about 5 tasks a day before getting hit with it, rendering the app pretty much useless unless I forked out some cash.

I get it, company’s gotta make money. But I am WAY less likely to use a product for the long-term if on day one it’s basically unusable unless I pay.

### 1/5 — Don’t buy use FREE Apple products

*2024-07-25, version 2.2.63*

This is another useless time management app that charges patrons to do the exact same things that apps like Apple Reminders, Calendars, Freeform, and you can use a free pomodoro app to manage time limits on tasks. Also, Google offers free services. I believe that all the positive stars are from friends and family. What’s worst is that they targeting people with ADHD 😔

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2023-02-10, version 1.2*

I paid for a pro subscription. You need too for this app to be off any use. But it’s still buggy. The app keeps restarting and I lose my edited tasks. And when I schedule a task it doesn’t show in my timeline, nine times out of ten. You don’t need this product. Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Reminders and Google tasks achieve all the same things and displays it right there on your calendar.

### 2/5 — Why is this a payed feature

*2026-04-26, version 3.0.18*

Dude could you at least put dark mode in the free version? It's so bright that I can't even use the app at night, what's the point then

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — the decision paralysis is gone

*2026-06-17, version 3.0.22*

i used to lose 40 mins every morning just staring at my to-do list deciding where to start. now i open this and it picks for me. sounds small but it's honestly removed so much friction from my day. timeblocking actually sticks for once.

### 5/5 — Best ADHD app

*2026-06-16, version 3.0.22*

I wasnt too sure what to expect with Yoodoo, but it's really good and is EXACTLY what I have been looking for in an ADHD app. The timeline is amazing, the app blocker is great (saves me needing a seperate app blocker app), the timer is amazing, and the end of day reschedule feature is something I didn't know I need, but totally do. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a full ADHD planning app.

### 5/5 — finally a planner that doesn't make me plan

*2026-06-16, version 3.0.22*

i have downloaded every productivity app on earth and abandoned all of them because they expect ME to organise everything, which is the exact thing my brain can't do. yoodoo just tells me what to do next. that's it. that's the whole thing. game changer.

### 5/5 — Whoops... BUT GREAT!

*2026-03-22, version 3.0.17*

Accidentally paid for a full year after forgetting to cancel my free trial, but super glad it happened in the end! The app is awesome, very simple layout and not at all difficult to learn or remember all the mechanics of like some other ADHD apps.
Though I have my critiques of AI, I believe how it's used/integrated in this app is the appropriate use of the technology. It is not in your face, it has its own tabs where you can choose to use it, and what it does do is so quick you hardly notice.

My one and only complaint is that I wish you could manually choose when you want your days to end, much like you can choose when your days begin. As a night owl it would be nice to have all my day & night tasks in the same timeline without it spilling into my next day.
However if that's the only negative I have, I say it's a job well done!

### 5/5 — Very nice!

*2026-02-03, version 3.0.12*

Very good app. Easy to use.

### 5/5 — Didn’t think an app could help this much

*2025-12-28, version 3.0.11*

I’m way calmer about my day now.

### 5/5 — Dr. William Heath

*2025-10-24, version 3.0.4*

Thanks to you do: ADHD planner and focus. I've been able to begin my doctoral dissertation and completed in an accelerated in record time.

### 5/5 — Trying to reign in ADHD

*2025-10-05, version 3.0.4*

At 59, I have decided in tired of being a silly mess and be more productive and this app just may do the trick.

### 5/5 — Great all-round app

*2025-09-16, version 3.0.4*

I’ve been using Things3 for years, but often felt overwhelmed by the sheer number of daily tasks piling up. What I really like about this app is how it makes time blocking so straightforward, helping me actually get things done. Unfinished tasks roll over seamlessly to the next day, which keeps everything manageable. The roadmap looks very promising, and while I know no single app will ever tick every box, this one comes closer than anything else I’ve tried.

### 5/5 — Amazing Service!

*2025-09-11, version 3.0.4*

This is the only app where the Developer personally reached out to solve a glitch. Talk about great customer service on an awesome app!
