It only lets you request 2 samples then it only shows Ai mash up instead of free sample. But as soon as you run into an issue, you’re done. Like right now there was a linking issue between one of my samples and my other sample is no longer sold on the TikTok shop so where I’m at right now I can only get two samples at a time and I’m stuck because I can’t promote the one sample so it won’t get marked off of my list and then the other one isn’t registering and customer service just completely ignores you and I can’t delete the account because once it is connected to a TikTok account if you delete it, you can’t re-add it to the same TikTok account. It sounded great at first, but honestly, if I would’ve known it was gonna be absolutely impossible to get a hold of anybody that I was just going to be ignored that you can only get in contact with support via WhatsApp and they never respond and no matter what you do like I’ve been sitting here waiting for over a week for my video link to be viewed so that my video can be approved showing that I did in fact do my due diligence on what I was supposed to do I never would’ve started ### 2/5 — Tech issues *2025-08-27, version 2.5.7* To many technical issues it constantly disconnects from my TikTok and won’t reconnect ### 4/5 — Could be better *2025-08-27, version 2.5.7* It’s great when samples are not being approved then canceled and constantly being told to authorize my showcase when it’s always been enabled.
