Untimely cancellation of the trial period may be one of the reasons of money withdrawal, but there are some more reasons , such as purchasing a subscription without free trial, as not all the subscription plans have free trial included (one year subscription plan doesn't include free trial); previously installing the application under the same Apple ID. On the very first recipe I tried to upload, the results were completely inaccurate. Tried This app, their payment plans don’t make sense and luckily signed up for the free trial. When saving a recipe it takes a while to download from Facebook and will only save a couple of ingredients and not the method. **Developer response:** Hi there! Aber natürlich hat man null Ahnung von Sprachen und vor allem null Respekt vor dem Kunden. Deshalb wirft man den Kunden eine (auch noch auffallend schlechte) AI Übersetzung vor. Dann gibt es einen Backlash und man posted auf Upwork einen Job, dass das jemand für 60 USD fixen soll. Dazu lädt man eine Excel Datei ohne Kontext hoch. Das ist eine Mischung aus Respektlosigkeit, Arroganz und Ignoranz, die dazu führen sollte, dass niemand diese App kauft (zumal die Preise, für das was geboten wird, viel zu hoch sind).
