Beware! *2021-04-09, version 1.34.0* eYoop does not provide anything close to advertised experience. Complete liars. Total rip-off. ### 1/5 — Zero Stars *2021-04-02, version 1.34.0* I bought tickets for a Charlie Puth Concert yesterday was was completely mislead by the Yoop ticket. It had read 6 PM MST and it actually started at 6 PT, according to Charlie’s Instagram. As a result, I missed over half of the concert. I demand at least a partial refund of my ticket for the misinformation on Yoop’s part. Additionally, when attempting to voicing my concern to customer service, I’ve been met with all French emails that get me no where (I translate them and all they say is to keep waiting. When trying to call their number, no one picks up (only direction to visit their app or email them; you can see my frustration). I have screenshot proof that I wish I could add to this review. ### 1/5 — Charlie puth concert *2021-04-01, version 1.34.0* This is so unfair and they scam me my money for Charlie puth and I spend 80 dollars for tickets and vip together. And thinking I was going to meet him when they were random fans and not all fans are geting picked to see him . I’m and they ingore emails and I was trying to call and no body response back . Please don’t buy no tickets and vip from these people. ### 1/5 — The lottery is a better investment *2021-04-01, version 1.34.0* They claim concerts are interactive but you have to be chosen to be on screen with camera on or speak with the artist and the people are rarely rotated. If there’s a VIP after party OPT OUT. The artist doesn’t perform and talks with maybe 5 people total. You probably have a better chance of putting your money toward winning the lottery than it actually being an interactive experience for you. ### 1/5 — SCAMMED-DONT BUY EXPENSIVE TICKETS *2021-04-01, version 1.34.0* WILL NEVER USE YOOP AGAIN! Was scammed out of $80 I have nothing Charlie or anyone LIKE EVERYONE DID AMAZING LAST NIGHT. And I’m very happy for the fans that were chosen. But YOOP stated that fans would be chosen randomly THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE concert. Here’s the thing: it was the same exact people the whole entire time. Some of us paid $80 for the VIP party and to have the chance to be chosen to go on the screens. The fans were clearly chosen before the concert started. I have information and proof that will back this up. I’ve talked with other fans who feel the same way too! I also talked to a fan who’s said she paid $20 and was chosen to go on the screen before it started. That is not fair that some of us paid more to not be able to do anything. I personally paid 80 bucks for a VIP ticket. I didn’t get chosen. I did not get any notifications about getting out on stage, nothing. I paid $80 to sit there in the after party and watch Charlie talk to the same exact people who are on the screen the whole concert. This was also my first Charlie concert ever!! I feel robbed by Yoop. Yoop failed to tell us to sign on early and they lied to us. Wish I could give zero stars 🤷🏼‍♀️ ### 2/5 — It’s okay *2021-04-01, version 1.34.0* I was early to a concert and I was in the lobby. My wifi wasn’t even bad and I got kicked out 15 minutes into the concert. You’re not allowed back in after that for some reason. It just felt like a normal livestream after. I had VIP too. I payed 80 dollars. Made me upset I actually cried. I was expecting better. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2021-04-01, version 1.34.0* Could not view a concert I paid for.
