Overall annual spent also should be taken into consideration for better shipping options and better customer service. The latest ship returns back to Italy concerned me. I had available Money YOOX credit, but I was unable to redeem it when choosing Apple Pay as my payment method. Customers should be able to apply their store credit first and then pay any remaining balance with their preferred payment method, including Apple Pay. This limitation makes the credit far less useful and creates a frustrating shopping experience. ### 3/5 — Nice products but prices are too high *2026-06-27, version 13.12.0* Yoox used to have awesome sales like the 35% countdown to 15% over several days, don’t see that anymore. Also took away our benefits for members which was the 10% discount on new arrivals. Don’t d not even get a birthday coupon. The search bar makes It even easier as It categorizes everything for you and let’s you filter your searches. One of the best clothing apps out there in my opinion despite the prices of the merchandise sometimes being sketchy. Their range and prices are impressive, but their return and refund process is a major liability. My last return got stuck due to a UPS technical issue, and YOOX did absolutely nothing to help. Customer service completely ignored my emails. I am now forced to file a chargeback with my credit card provider. Revert it, fire your development team and make prices better ### 1/5 — Canceling orders with available items! *2026-05-27, version 13.11.0* Multiple times this site has just canceled my orders when items are still available and won’t match the cost when the item was placed. It’s unfair business practice! ### 1/5 — New App and Website Suck *2026-04-03, version 13.9.0* The new app and website are terrible, we don’t need dropdown menus on product pages making information harder to find. It was much simpler when all the information was laid out right there without having to click dropdowns. There were 100 things you could have done to make the app better instead you made it worse. How about you add more accurate/better measurements and product photos, add better filters for discount sorting like 80% off, and 90% instead of general sections. How about you add your VIP perks and teirs back (counting for missed years of purchasing, meaning people will start at the highest teir), add free shipping options to Canada. Work on getting your duties and taxes prices reduced. Or most importantly just have better and more frequent price drops. No one wants to wait 2-3 weeks every time for a small price drop when we see an item is not selling anyways. We end up having to wait months for one item, just make price drops multiple times per week if not daily to clear inventory quickly. How about you add additional custom price drops for items that have been in peoples dream box. Maybe make the time the website updates everyday consistent instead of changing it daily? There are 100 things you could have done to make this app better I could list so many more. You need to fire whoever made these changes and hire actual customers like me or else the app will never be what customers want. Customer service has become so poor, the representative I spoke could barely speak English, and impossible to fix my issue. Incredibly disappointed. I’m not sure if the app had a glitch but I purchased items that didn’t say final sale; not on the listings nor in my cart when I checked out. Only for customer service to refuse my return because according to them the items were final sale. I am now stuck with $200 worth of items that do not fit. This is it for me. They cancel those items with notice or reason, and customer service is a nightmare. The UI is also always changing for the worse. There are much better sites/apps for designer deals.
