Außerdem sind die Fimbeschreibungen manchmal unvollständig - da hört der Text mitten im Satz auf. [Nachtrag: Angabe der O-Sprache fehlt immer noch. Zudem fehlt zum Teil die Kartenzahlung - dafür muss man sich dann extra im Internet-Browser einloggen. Wenn ich mir die Liste der Vorstellungen unter dem jeweiligen Kino anschaue, kann ich hier keine Filmbeschreibung lassen - dazu muss ich dann in die Filmübersicht. Filmbeschreibungen sind auch nicht verbessert worden. Manchmal frage ich mich auch, wer diese schreibt, da sie nicht immer gut sind! Hat ein Film bisher eine Bewertung erhaltung, heisst es immer „Berwertung“… In dieser App passiert einfach nichts. Navigation etwas umständlich. *2026-05-04, version 5.013.405* Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man in der Kino-Ansicht auch die Filme auswählen könnte. Ich schaue häufig, was an einem bestimmten Tag in bestimmten Kinos läuft. Aktuell muss ich dann den Film nochmal extra in der Filmübersicht suchen. Das ist sehr umständlich. Unfortunately, it takes a long time to start, you’re frequently logged out, booking tickets takes ages, or it fails and then says you cannot book again. It requires a connection to display booked tickets, making it difficult when you’re in a movie theater with bad connection. The worse part? I wrote a message to York and their answer was “well, what can we do. Use the website instead” ### 2/5 — Filter fehlt *2026-03-01, version 5.013.405* Bitte Filter für Uhrzeit einbauen! Ich möchte zb Filme sehen die heute noch kommen. Nicht die Vorstellungen die schon vorbei sind. Und bitte Apple Pay ermöglichen oder wenigstens die Paypal App nutzen (statt aus Yorck App einloggen in Webseite bei Paypal plus bestätigen in der App und dann zurück zu Yorck App nervt)! Sonst prima, danke ### 4/5 — Gute App mit kleinen Schwächen *2026-02-04, version 5.013.405* Eigentlich eine gute App, um regelmäßig ins Kino zu gehen. Zwei Dinge nerven: 1) Ständiges Neuanmelden mehmals monatlich, oft wenn ich das Ticket am Einlass vorzeigen will 2) Die Skizzen der Kinosäle zeigen den Ausgang nicht an, zudem sind die Plätze nicht durchgehend vom Gang nummeriert. Ich buche Sitz 1 und sitze an der Wand. Da ich eine schwache Blase habe, muss die ganze Reihe mehrmals aufstehen, wenn ich auf Toilette gehe. Wenn sie funktioniert, find ich sie eine echte Bereicherung, leider häufen sich in den letzten 6-9 Monaten die Fehlermeldungen. Beim Bezahlen, aber vor allem bei Stornierungen. Dann ist sie einfach nutzlos und ärgerlich. Warum Gutscheincodes oft auch nur über den Browser funktionieren, verstehe ich auch nicht. Man wird häufig automatisch ausgeloggt, leider signalisiert die App das dann nicht, sodass einem, wenn man unachtsam war, dann Mitglieder-Boni entgegen.
