On Friday evening I turned them on and could not connect to the app to control my lighting. Talked to Brad at 10pm on a Friday evening and he had the problem diagnosed and a fix in and I was up and running again in less than 24 hrs. On a weekend, outside of any normal businesses hours of operation he went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved! Outstanding work, product, and owner.
