Well that’s it, binning this app off. Apparently only allowed to view so many articles per week, then have to pay a subscription. No thanks

Has been free to read for years. Now being charged a subscription if you want to read full stories, including death announcements, how low can you go. Not worth downloading

Most of the articles aren’t newsworthy or current but regardless of that, even if there is an article that I actually want to read it is very difficult- keeps jumping to the end of the article.  I usually just give it up as a bad job

I cannot believe that the most recent update to this app has gone down the same route as the BBC News app did in their recent update!
Did no one at MGN bother to research what happened to that app and the terrible feedback and massive number of deletes after the BBC news app updated?
You’ve made the same errors as they did, and no doubt you’ll get the same response from users - delete!
This is now similarly unusable, so delete it will be.

Used this app for a while now and have got used to the poor reporting, use of stock “Google “ photos and the obsession with some little known Yorkshire tv stars but now expecting people to pay for this rubbish is ridiculous. Bye Yorkshire Live

I use this JUST to follow HTAFC. Previously it was annoying but usable, now it’s just rubbish.
Can’t filter the content, so just won’t use it.
