If you still decide to move forward, you will be told a booking was made but there’s no progress, no map, etc. I was really hopping for an alternative to Uber that has become too expensive at SFO but it looks like this is not ready yet. ### 1/5 — Wish this app functioned correctly *2024-10-02* Now, when you open the app and see wait times, it projects insane wait times “174 minutes” “278 minutes” (actual times posted when I attempted to book). And if you book the cab anyway, it doesn’t tell you how long you actually have to wait (assuming the times above were incorrect). No map to see where the car is, no expected time listed, etc.. They had issues where you couldn’t sign in, that lasted a couple months. Then there’s no way to have a card on file so it pays automatically. Sometimes the app doesn’t even open and just regenerates the logo repeatedly. It’s a real shame this app isn’t reliable. ### 1/5 — Skipped this customer *2024-09-25, version 34.5.10* Payment with paratransit voucher meant being left behind, and being left on hold trying to contact someone at yellow cab for over an hour and missing my medical appointment. Just say no. ### 5/5 — Excellent customer service *2024-04-08, version 34.5.10* Up beat very nice cab driver! ### 1/5 — Broken *2024-01-19, version 34.5.10* I can’t log in. Basically gives me one option to sign in with email. I go through the options and then enter my phone number and it says “the number is already in use. Try again”. There’s no account recovery buttons or other sign in options. ### 1/5 — can’t sign in or reset password *2023-09-29* I was out of the country for several weeks. I returned this week. The App required me to sign in again. I kept getting error message. I then clicked “Forgot my password” and I did this twice. Both times it said password successfully changed. Yet, when I sign, I get the error message that password or email address entered is incorrect. ### 1/5 — Cannot log in! *2023-09-28* I have used YoTaxi SF for two years and had no problems. Yesterday I was asked to login I did so with my information and password. I was told there was a problem with the login information. I applied to change the password. Put in the new password. Still the same thing can’t get into my account. I did try three different new passwords. Nothing worked. There is nowhere on the app to reach the developer or to get this situation corrected. Try to shut down my account and had no luck. They need to get the air fixed. Has anyone had any luck withbeing able to login after this big mess? It’s a shame because I do like the app fairly well. ### 1/5 — All of a sudden - does not work!!! *2023-09-27* Been using APP for some time. All of a sudden it stops opening. Tried reboot phone to no avail. Deleted APP and can’t get APP to accept email and password. Tried forgot password, get change password email and after changing APP says combination of email and password don’t match. I’m a senior on disability and on Essential Trip which now I cannot use! ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-05-18, version 33.2.5* I’ve never successfully booked a reservation on this app. There’s a confirmation email sometimes but not always. When the car doesn’t arrive as scheduled, I have to call. The dispatcher has to find a driver to take the fare.
