Every month trying to pay my rent has been as issue. ### 1/5 — Unable to submit work orders *2026-07-14, version 2.3.3* Like every single other review here has stated, the work orders section does not work. The fact that there are reviews here from even 6 years ago complaining about the same issue and it has yet to be fixed is ridiculous ### 1/5 — Not a great portal app *2026-06-30, version 2.3.3* I've had a lot of resident portal apps over the years, moving apartments. This one is the most problematic. The app is not intuitive, there are a lot of particularities that you have to know about in order to make rent payments or select accounts. The latest error is the app requiring everyone to sign out and log back in two days before rent is due, but you can't log out because of the error. Very difficult to use, and I pray we use a new app soon. ### 1/5 — “Not Authorized” *2026-06-22, version 2.3.3* Literally cannot use the app for any intended function. ### 1/5 — Glitches crazy *2026-06-07, version 2.3.3* This app glitches crazy you can’t even properly submit a service request ### 1/5 — Fix app *2026-05-26, version 2.3.3* I literally can't even use the features on the app without having to hold down the button. I can't even submit a work order. Fix the app!!!! ### 1/5 — terrible *2026-05-07, version 2.3.3* this app is beyond useless. when you're placing work orders or even trying to pay rent you have to randomly tap around the page to do things because all of the drop down options are completely blank. then when you randomly click one, it'll show one of the options. when trying to confirm a work order, it'll tell you "Please select at least one option above" when it's literally impossible to do so. this is the worst property management app i have ever used and i wish adara would switch to something else. ### 1/5 — I’ll take it down when the problem is fixed *2026-05-06, version 2.3.3* Right now, I can’t use the app at all to put in a service request, it’s not optimized for my phone, and now I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max so it’s not like this should be an issue. The first issue is all of the reasons for putting in a service request or blacked out. Eventually, I just settled on appliance parts, because even after going through the whole list, I couldn’t find bathroom, it’s possible I might’ve skipped it, but I wasn’t gonna check again. It took me like five whole minutes. Next, when I finally put in everything, it asked me to confirm and when I tried to press confirm it wouldn’t let me do it. It also looked like it was a little bit off-center so it’s possible that I wasn’t seeing all of the button because it went all the way past the right of my screen. I need to be able to tell my property management company what’s happening, please fix this ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-04-15, version 2.3.3* Almost nothing works in the app. Almost like apartments intentionally pick this one so they don’t have to handle maintenance requests ### 1/5 — Significant Bugs *2026-03-27, version 2.3.3* When trying to scroll though options when making a service request, all the options are blacked out. Looking at the other reviews, I’m certainly not the only one.
