I love accountable, my peer coach Amy Hamilton, and the app.  It is so convenient to open the app and see when I have meetings with my coach, Amy, when there are online recovery meetings and how many points I have earned towards merch. The biggest feature is the breathalyzer function.  You just turn on the device, open the app and breathe into the device while your phone takes a picture and sends the results to YAA.  Super convenient.

I can't thank Whitney Horst enough for her help in my recovery.
When I first talked with Whitney, I was struggling with my addiction, depression, and grieving. I was in a really dark place. From our very first talk, she was so empathetic, compassionate, and understanding. She never judged me - she just listened and really cared.
What meant the most to me is how she related to me through her own story. When she shared her story, I finally felt like someone truly understood what I was going through. It made me feel less alone and gave me hope that I could get through this too.
Whitney has helped me so much - not just with my addiction, but with my depression and with grieving in a healthy way instead of falling back into old habits. She gave me tools, support, and real accountability when I needed it most.

This app has been an incredible resource in my recovery journey. One of the biggest benefits is having an app that helps keep me accountable to my sobriety every single day. That daily accountability has made a real difference.

The app also introduced me to outstanding coaches, especially Autumn Bouchard. Beyond the coaching itself, the community is fantastic. There are a variety of free meetings available outside of your scheduled coaching sessions, so there’s always an opportunity to connect, learn, and stay engaged.

I especially want to recognize Autumn for the impact she’s had on my recovery. No matter what issue or topic I bring to the table—and trust me, they are extensive—she consistently provides thoughtful, practical insights that help me see things from a healthier perspective. She also shares pieces of her own journey when appropriate, which makes the conversations feel genuine and relatable. That combination has helped accelerate my recovery, compartmentalize difficult emotions, and ultimately heal.
