The Dr Falk you ... track application uses a simple, medically-validated, symptom-based tool to enable people with ulcerative colitis to calculate their disease activity quickly and accurately.
 
Activity tracker - adapted for use on a smartphone, it will take less than a minute each day to keep an accurate track of how active your ulcerative colitis is.

Report generator -  users can email a report of their results to their healthcare professional before the appointment for them to see how the patient has been doing since their last appointment.

Treatment reminder - you•••track also has a treatment reminder alert to help users to remember to take their medication.

Appointment notes - you•••track helps users come prepared to their appointment with a notes section where they can prepare a list of questions to discuss with their healthcare professional.
