The app was difficult to navigate and the ordering process was cumbersome. The delivery was delayed by one and a half hours and when it finally arrived, the food was cold and unsatisfactory. The customer service was poor, with unhelpful and indifferent representatives. Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered. It's shameful and disgusting. I highly recommend using other delivery apps like Talabat, Ahlan, and Jahez, as they are much more reliable.
