然後沒有綁信用卡的介面
你們家的PM 沒想過應該要補上這個功能嗎？
還要上網找教學也挺可愛的
設計app 時動一下腦行不行

還有可以綁linepay 卻不能用
欸這個app 不是用來辦家家酒的欸
Linepay 不能用就不要放上來行不行

- Hard to find a return point. 
- Can’t see previously bookings or bike numbers (to report a fault). 
- Can’t paste in credit card numbers. 
- Password policy ignores modern best practices (should have any characters allowed, no length or character requirements)

蘋果手機，更新完變成一定要開手機導航才能用搜尋跟最愛站點功能是什麼智障設計啊我都設最愛站點了我還需要手機導航嗎？以前總是跳開導航提醒點掉就算了現在是直接跳引導進app設定要我允許導航不然不讓我用欸？有病嗎？手機平常根本沒開導航的人沒app使用權喔？

Can’t even find the button that allows none Taiwanese people to sign up. Which is hidden in tiny 1 time use. Then it puts you in a sign up loop that says scan QR code but there’s no way to do that, so you can only hit back button, then it resets the sign up. No other options or directions. The whole UX department should be fired or which ever engineer built this app. Totally ruined my first morning in Taipei.

I’m unable to enter the digits of my credit card in the app on my phone. Can’t get it to work, even cards that work on other peoples’ phones won’t work on mine. Buggy and the engineers must not care. Worst work flow ever and UX needs a new team. Worthless.

I used single rental service while traveling but kept failing to get refund of deposit of 3,000 TWD, even after the payment was all finalized. There is nowhere to ask this except for AI bot never replying to my question. And no translation is provided for Q&A. Can anyone help? 3,000 TWD is quite big to ignore and let it go.

YouBike is ridiculously difficult if foreigner. I traveled Taipei for 3 days on international sim i ride bikes in other countries no problem. But Taipei they require a Taiwan number. How can i do that with international sim? Pointless!!!

ユーバイクステーションまで乗っきて、帰りに同じユーバイクに乗って帰ろうとしてもスキャンが立ち上がらない。
電波のロケーションが悪いとかでるけど、ユーバイクのステーションが設定されてる場所でYouTube見れるのにアホかと、使えた時は非常に便利だがアプリが当てにならないならクソなシステムだわ。

旅行のため日本でカード登録したら台湾ドルのカード不正利用がありました。もちろんまだ金額の利用はしてません。カード会社から連絡ありストップされてたので良かったです。怖いのでもうこのアプリは使いません。

We clicked the option to rent without creating an account as we did not have a Taiwanese phone number.  Connected to our bank and had no issues.  So convenient and beautiful way to explore Taiwanese cities!

とても良い仕組みで台湾に行った時は有効活用しています。

しかし今回(2026/05)は使えませんでした。私は台湾の電話番号は使わないためSingle Rentalを使っているのですが、今回はクレジットカードが登録できず使用できませんでした。本来クレジットカードは4桁の数字x4つの番号だと思いますが、なぜか3桁x4つを入れる欄が出てきます。そのためクレジットカード番号を入れることができず使用できませんでした。

ぜひ旅行者のために、修正してください

使い勝手は問題なく、いつも愛用しているのですが、開発様に一点お願いです…！
iPhoneを日本語で使用しているのですが、YouBikeアプリが英語で表示されてしまい、中国語に変更できない点がとても不便です。設定→アプリ→ YouBike→優先する言語→中文繁體にしても、アプリ内の地図が中国語表記になるだけで、地図以外は英語のままです。どうか言語設定で中国語に変更できるようにしてください…！お願いします…！

I’ve used ubike on previous trips to Kaohsiung without issue and it has been great. 

As a foreigner I utilize the “single rental” option since I do not have a Taiwan phone number. This trip to Taiwan I have not been able to use ubike. 

During this trip I send the code to my email, then when I input the code into the application, I receive a, “verification error”. I have tried multiple times with multiple emails and still receive the error message. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. 

Still will not allow me to rent a ubike. 

I have an easy card, but I cannot register it on the ubike website without a Taiwan phone number. 

Please allow non-Taiwan phone numbers, or correct the email code errors
