## What is youboard?

With the youboard app, you stay on top of every reported issue - right from your phone.

Customers and visitors report problems by scanning a QR code via youboard. You get notified instantly and can handle the resulting tasks directly on-site.

What the app does:
- Push notifications for new reports
- All tasks for a location at a glance
- Change status on-site: Open → In Progress → Done
- View objects and their current condition
- Scan the QR code on an object - instantly see status and open tasks
- Verify whether a QR code is placed on the correct object

Who is the app for?
For anyone responsible for smooth operations on-site - whether it's property management, a campsite, gym, gas station, or event venue. The app complements the youboard web dashboard and is optimized for mobile, on-the-go use.
