I had a legitimate pager that worked better than this system. if you have it installed on two devices you no longer get notifications on either device. You can’t respond to the original messenger if you were forwarded a page. Your pages never go to the intended person as it always gets sent to whomever is listed on call. There is no group messaging system. You cannot change the person listed on call without contacting the service department. This entire system should be scrapped and reprogrammed. ### 1/5 — Won’t connect to internet *2022-10-21* Use this on desktop PC at work all the time. Pain to login there. Thought app would be faster. I just get a pop up that says connection failure. Can this please be changed to just one alert ### 3/5 — “Optional message” and responding back *2019-04-26* The only downfalls that Ive encountered is the app does not show the optional message that is typed in when forwarded to a provider.
