I love this app so much and I never write reviews but I wanted to write one because I love this app and would love to make a suggestion! So I love the app and it has so many FREE filters! ❤️❤️ There are two things about this that I might would change though, and one is the watermark, which is just kind of annoying when I try to take photos, and I don’t want every thing I edited/took with the app that I sent to my friends to have a watermark. Also, there are more seasonal filters then everyday ones which I like seasonal filters, I just want more everyday, updated filters. If there was no watermark and more everyday filters, then this would be the BEST APP EVER!!! Edit: I went on for the first time in a few months and there are more “everyday” filters, which I’m happy with. However now, my eyebrows aren’t connecting right. This hasn’t been a problem before, or I haven’t seen it. My eyebrows are the same as they were in February. I love this app so much and was so disappointed that it wasn’t working right. Want a new filter, just watch a short, 30 second add, and bam! New filter with no extra cost! I love this app because Im 100% broke. Love love love it!!! ### 4/5 — Amazing app but needs some suggestions *2020-08-02, version 1.15.8* So I’ve been in this app a lot it’s amazing. but I have some suggestions I want you to do, so I’ve seen a lot of filter’s that have hands and I think that you should remove them from the filter’s because they all are white and others have different skin colors that are not only white and that bothers me i am white but I feel bad for others that are not. also i think you should add more new filters like more boy looking ones cus when I play this app my brother refuses to join me because there are mostly girl filters and I’d like you to add more boy ones so boys could play it. I know there are some of them that look like they are for boys but they have makeup in them so i think you should add boy filter without make up. Also next to the app it says 4+ and i let my brother play it but then I’ve realized that there are some filters that are not for 10 and Younger so at least say 12+ instead of 4+. I love this app, it’s so easy and fun to use and they are continually adding new filters so you never get bored or tired of the same old faces like a lot of of similar apps! I saw one review that said it was unfair that it the filters only use white hands and I also think it is unfair. I just would like to suggest that you could please change it so some filters are using white hands and some are using black. My last one is that some of them are inappropriate like one had a girl holding a man and kissing him. I overall think it is awesome though. So this app says 4+ so I got it for my 10 year old daughter because I don’t allow her to have snapchat quite yet. So since she wanted to take pictures of herself with filters, I got her this app. Everything was fine until a about two weeks later. My daughter came to me and showed me a filter on the app that was RIDICULOUS. The filter showed a man in between girls and the girls were twerking! It was just unacceptable. I deleted the app from my daughters phone so It is no longer there. If you are going to add a stupid filter like that, make the app 17+ from now on when my daughter want an app installed, I will be making sure I see what that app is all about. Fix this, please! ### 3/5 — It could update😒 *2023-09-19* So fun it’s good for kids me as an adult yes, I would let my kids have it. It’s so fun for kids because my kids take a whole bunch of pictures and they are enjoyed with it and I keep my quiet time so it’s very good but my kids also say they could have a little update, but they still love it and they take so many photos especially my daughter so be aware there is one bad thing but it’s fine it’s not really that bad, it should be OK my reading is extreme because of that bad photo but how are you good moms out there I am sure you would let your kids have this it’s very good for kids. I love having an app that with filters without social media. I liked it at first but now I am changing my mind a little. Some of the filters are just random. Like Donald Trumps face or a with that changes to a skull. I used to have the app Snow and I like their simple filters more. Secondly, I would like to see buttons for when you want to just take a regular picture and want to add touch ups or change the lighting and color. I’m curious to know why such a short limit. If it’s saved to your device, I don’t see what the issue is. A popular app limits you to 1 min, while some apps don’t have limits at all. I prefer the ones with no limits. Would definitely like to see this changed if a future update. Would definitely change my opinion. But have some complaints *2023-02-20* I don’t rate apps a lot and I’ve only had this for about two days, but this app is awesome! I haven’t found one thing I don’t like about it! Now one thing I do have to say is that, I am a girl and am black. So a couple things I would like to point out is that, there are a lot of girly things on here. I understand there are some boyish things on here, but they have make up in them. I think they should add some more boyish filters so that both boys and girls can play on here! My second complaint is that some of the filters have hands in them wish is fine! I just don’t like that the hands are white bc I’m black, and I feel bad for all the other black kids out there using this app like me and the hands are white, I just don’t think that’s fair, but that’s just my opinion. This app has maybe, 70 filters to choose from, and most of them are super cute and fun. I love how you can take a picture that you already have and make it look different. It’s always been super easy to download the pictures I’ve taken, and there aren’t any adds. But, there are some things that need fixing. First of, it’s kind of hard to find where you edit your pictures or to know where you can find other filters. And some of the filters aren’t the most appropriate. Many of them are love relative and have the filters kissing. I personally don’t mind it, I just don’t use those filters, but little kids can go on it and think it’s ok, even when it’s not. And sometimes when I’m trying to add the animal filters, my face is, like, right there, and it’s all like, “oh we don’t see your face one this picture. Please select a different picture” that sometimes gets on my nerves. I was playing the app and just having fun with the filters until I came across 3 very inappropriate filters. there was one that shows a girl and a boy kissing on the lips in a movie theater. Some kids may not be able to view this unpleasant thing, but many others have. If you look through the glasses it shows a boy and a girl kissing. And kids ( especially young kids under 6 or 5 ) will think that this stuff is ok to do. Kids don’t understand these stuff and how they work, so of course they will eventually repeat what they saw. There are 2 more filters that you can look into, but for now i have to go to bed. And I turned the camera around to face forward. All of the sudden a face filter popped up and there was no one in front of me. I checked to see if i was hitting a reflection or anything that could have made it think it was a face but i wasnt. I then tried to repeat it simply by moving it around facing forward with no one in the room but me. And it continued to happen even setting off the funny features when you open your mouth. I tried several different faces and it continued to happen. I took a video since I got creeper out. Anyone else have this happen? I am happy to post the video and photos.
