I really liked this app, but I cancelled my subscription, and they still charged me the next month. They wouldn’t even let me provide a screenshot proving that I canceled the subscription and I lost my appeal with Apple and had to pay for it. stay away!!!!

Probé la app un día a lo que él me registre automático con Face ID por la suscripción gratis, solo la abrí un día pero a la semana se me hizo el cobro anual por el monto de 1350 pesos mexicanos, metí el reclamos y rembolso el mismo día del cobro en Apple y directo en la aplicación, nunca me regresaron mi dinero

トライアルで気に入り、課金プランを契約しました。しかし課金後からエラーが多発してその度に私に非がないにも関わらずクエリーが減り、お金を無駄にした気分になりました。運営に問い合わせても『エラーが起こるのは把握してる。どんな時に発生するか知りたいからエラーが起きた時の画像など共有してくれ』との返答があるのみでクエリーに対する補償や補填の申し出がなかったことも残念でした。信頼に値しない会社に画像などの個人情報を共有するつとりは全くありません。もう2度と課金しません。詐欺アプリみたいです

Perfectly respectable images of fully clothed people are claimed to be sensitive very regularly in image to video. Yet the AI often generates unwanted & unusable sensitive content when it actually works. I thought that Happy Horse AI was fantastic at first, though it’s a complete waste of time and money when hours are spent on an edit only to have it marked as sensitive. This app is utterly failing long time subscribers. Plus the photo repair is utterly useless.

So I was trying to remove something and I take a screenshot pops I can’t and I have to but pro to get a picture so I’m deleting the app because it’s not good

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My subscription automatically renewed for an entire year, and I contacted support as soon as I noticed the charge. I explained that I did not intend to renew and that I had not used the subscription after the renewal, but I was still unable to get a refund.

I even asked for a reasonable alternative: instead of refunding the entire amount, I asked if they could change my annual subscription to a monthly plan and refund the difference. Unfortunately, I was not given that option either.

I understand that companies have refund policies, but I expected more flexibility and better customer support, especially since I reached out immediately.

If you decide to use this app, please be very careful with the automatic renewal and cancellation date. Based on my experience, once the annual charge goes through, getting a refund or even changing to a different plan can be very difficult.

I hope the company improves how situations like this are handled.

I downloaded this alp very briefly. When I deleted the app I was given the option by apple to cancel this subscription which I went and cancelled. This app is predatory and scamming customers for a ridiculous amount of money after a free trial. I had not used the app or had it downloaded for iver two months and I was charged $84 dollars for an app that was only used once and never touched again. I would not recommend a service that denies refunding a customer who did not even use the app.

Solicito o reembolso da cobrança de R$ 299,90, pois fui induzida a acreditar que teria um período de teste gratuito de 7 dias antes de qualquer cobrança.

A oferta informava um teste gratuito, porém o valor foi cobrado no meu cartão antes do término desse período. Isso contrariou minha expectativa como consumidora e considero a cobrança indevida.

Eu não pretendia manter a assinatura e, se soubesse que a cobrança ocorreria dessa forma, não teria iniciado o teste.

Peço, por gentileza, o reembolso integral do valor de R$ 299,90 e o cancelamento da assinatura.

Agradeço pela atenção e aguardo uma solução.

You can literally do ANYTHING to your pictures with this APP. If you have to take 20+ photos just to get a 1 good picture then this APP is DEFINITELY for YOU! Trust me I am cheap AF and this app was worth every damn penny, I’d buy it again and again and again!!!
