I was still charged the full amount. I immediately reached out to customer service explained what happened and asked for a refund and they refused since I was stuck paying for it. I decided embrace it and actually give the app a chance. I am a content creator so I figured I could at least use it for editing, unfortunately feature features are disappointing, like blemish removal seriously even basic video capabilities are absolutely useless for an app that charges this much. I expected significantly better features and much better customer service instead I’m stuck with a subscription.
