An arrogant and annoying employee forced me to cancel my plan

The manage button is not tappable on an iPhone 15 Pro at the very bottom of the screen sheet

I had a very disappointing experience with this gym. I cancelled my membership after a payment issue where my bank initially authorized the charge and then declined it. Instead of working with me when I tried to fix the payment, they added a $23 late fee within just a few days and refused to waive it. No one made any effort to help or offer a solution — they simply directed me to close the account.

On top of that, my membership rate was increased without any email or prior notification. That is completely unprofessional.

The gym itself is very basic — no sauna, no pool, limited classes, and nothing special in terms of amenities. Yet they charge cancellation fees and make no effort to retain customers or provide decent customer service. For less than $42 a month, there are many other gyms that offer far more value and actually care about their members.

I would not recommend this gym based on my experience.

I had canceled my membership two years ago and now rejoined. However, the application will not allow me to update any information and it reverts back to my canceled membership. The only solution they offered was to create a whole new email address.

Love YouFit Gyms and the app is good, but it doesn’t match the web version with my preferred gym, information, etc. My birthday is wrong in the app and it will not allow me to save the changes. AND I’ve started personal training and that isn’t updated on the app either. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it with zero changes.

I am already a member, have been for several years. I was messaging with a cs agent, which I asked questions about receiving spam mail and text messages when they asked for my phone number and email. They refused to answer then blocked me after I asked why there wasn’t a link online or on the app to set up the app. General questions, they clearly don’t want business.

My score comes from the fact that it does not update my check in history appropriately. I scan my app and get the checking sound but does not update on the app

Recently downloaded the app, sent a request for a password with my email and nothing. I’m not sure it’s the app or another issue. There’s also no phone number to call for help. App is useless until this issue is resolved.

I setup my account through the website and I’m able to log in. However I can’t log in through the app for some reason. I get a notification that says to double check my login and password. Again on the website works, the app doesn’t. Deleted the app and redownloaded, same issue. WTH…
