I appreciate this is user error, but it means that that entire survey is lost with no way to resume it. Similarly this can happen just due to swiping right when intending to scroll down. If there way a way to press "resume" the app would be better ### 4/5 — Connections being web only is a disappointment *2026-08-14, version 13.0.1* Love the app and the new upgrade, I just wish the connections didn’t rely on a desktop ### 1/5 — Account locked *2026-07-29, version 12.0.4* Ridiculous and disappointing. Spent hours filling out surveys, giving time and thought to each, to suddenly having my account locked with no explanation, no replies when reaching out to support, and I no longer receive emails with code to log in. Or maintenant c’est 2500 points pour 25 euros et 5000 points pour 50 euros !!! D’ailleurs il n’y a plus que des virements ou des cartes cadeaux chez peu de sites .. I thought it was a technical fault but now I’m wondering if they just don’t want or like my comments. Recently, it is asking for a picture of my ID to verify my identity. I will not comply and do think it is risky to do so. Is a good way to earn points to get gift cards. My only complaint is to be able to earn even more, you can connect apps or accounts such as Amazon, Hulu, etc but you have to have a desktop computer. I haven’t had a computer in years because my phone does everything. Please make it so mobile can be used to link. The layout is terrible and you don’t get points for responding to surveys. Well that’s a great way of reducing the number of responses. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs sacking. And why on earth would I ‘chat’ about different topics to an AI chat bot which gets very irritating after a while? I used to receive an invitation to complete a survey, for points, at least once a week, and I diligently completed them, but I’ve heard nothing since this new app version. Probably because they’re now asking the questions in the app without having to give away points (cash). I now can’t be bothered to scroll down the long list of pointless (literally) surveys to the Daily Questions. So, YouGov, you’ve just stumped yourself with this latest app update. ### 1/5 — BIOMETRIC DATA - they’re trying to normalize this behavior *2026-08-15, version 13.0.1* After yrs now there’s seemingly no way to avoid uploading a personal ID to proceed with surveys. In the recent past you could bypass by following links in their emails & the app would stop asking for a while. I never even entered a first name for the “hi, what’s your name..” that appears at top of app, lol. Mine is Colombian with no way of changing it. ### 5/5 — Uk boy *2026-08-10* Great app, I would say be patient to the service take your time and you do get paid out. I’ve made about £200 on it since I’ve been using this app over the years. I would say average £100 a year if you do every single survey but it does take time. And a lot of it is quite quite repetitive. But the key is to take pad in every single survey. It’s not a quick scheme to get money quick but more like a pocket top up kinda like putting change away. In the money box till you get to £50 and then you can withdraw it out ### 5/5 — For real *2026-07-02, version 12.0.3* I use this app all the time it pays. It does take time as surveys are not everyday. Some opportunities are missed is you don’t have a hard computer or lap top. I would like to see a refer a friend link. But cannot seem to find one. Overall this is a great fun app. ### 5/5 — An actual legit survey app *2026-06-10* Yougov is a reputable pollster whose polls get referenced a lot in the news, so this isn’t the typical sketchy survey app that promises you’ll get rich by using it. Some of the surveys are obviously from advertising agencies and are pretty tedious and boring. There are also surveys on current events which I find a lot more interesting. There’s also a fun daily poll that asks a few light hearted opinion questions, and you even get to see other people’s opinions. Obviously by filling out these surveys your data is being collected, but if you don’t mind because every big tech company has it already, this is a good app. You can contribute your opinions on things and get a small reward in the process. It will take a while though. I’ve redeemed points for cash in the last, and it actually showed up in my bank account, so it’s all legit. ### 5/5 — I am from Zap surveys *2026-06-08, version 12.0.1* I like being able to play You Gov surveys too. This app is great.. just gotta have patience ### 5/5 — You’ve got to stick with it to earn your points *2026-05-02, version 11.1.0* I started doing the YouGov surveys just over a year ago and two weeks ago I hit my 5000 points and received my £50. The more surveys you do, the more you are asked to contribute to so it’s worth sticking with it. I see complaints about the chatbot: you can opt out of these and, as far as I know, you don’t gain points for interacting with this … only the surveys you are invited to complete. And if you complete these in a time manner you’re invited to do more. One thing I would like to see is an option on the Daily Questions that says “Don’t care” because I really “don’t care” that Brooklyn Beckham has fallen out with his parents 🤷🏼‍♀️. ### 5/5 — Never blocks me *2026-02-05, version 10.0.7* I love this app. Other survey app like eureka are bad because i always get screened out.
