The biggest challenge I’ve had when using medical cannabis and CBD has been assessing the impact of the products I’ve used. 

A physical ‘pot diary’ is fine but I’ve not found it useful when trying to figure out what works and in what dose sizes. The Youkti app has really helped me get organized and gain better insights into how the products I’ve used have helped, and what level of dosing makes sense for my personal issues. 

As someone who travels a lot this convenient app has been easy to use. 

Can’t wait for this community to continue to grow as the shared insights on products, uses and dosage will hopefully give me ideas of how to better treat my issues.
