There is no way to get help of any kind. No contact number, email, or address for technical support

Cannot get into Bluetooth app. Cannot delete administrator fingerprint that was already entered ? Old used lock ? Manual is useless. No support. I did get lock to work w/o Bluetooth app working after a lot of effort. Fingerprint works. So 2 stars. Still working on this …
