Attended a virtual event, following which I had to download this app to receive a certificate. I registered, and waited 15 minutes for a verification code that I resent multiple times, yet never received. Triple checked details and they were all correct. I close the app and figure I will try to reregister. States: ‘credentials already registered’, so I figure I’ll log in. I go to do that, and it states: ‘invalid credentials’. So now, I’ve attended an event with no proof of doing so, due to Young Professionals locking it behind their custom app. Disgusting.

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you for the feedback and we are sorry to hear you had some issues with the Young Pro App. We had around 1,000 student using the app at once so we apologise for the issues faced. This was the very first week of launching the new App and found a few technical issues such as sending out OTP's to users email at huge scales. We have now fixed this and your account should be all up and running. Thank you for your time, Young Professionals.
