I love the diffuser and just noticed that there's an app to go with it... I downloaded it and sadly it doesn't work.. at all! Won't even turn on the diffuser! Such a shame cos it would be a really cool feature. 

PLEASE FIX THIS!

The whole point of me buying this was for the Bluetooth and the app and neither one of them work!! I’ve tried reloading and it still doesn’t work. Tried contacting but help page in a different language

I used to be able to use the bluetooth music, but now I am not able to do that. When I went to the bluetooth link, it only shows the aroma vs the aroma_music like it used too. Now, I feel like a waste of money, since this is one of the reasons for this purchase.

I got the diffuser about 6 months ago. It worked properly (although i never tried the alarm feature)for 2 months. Now the bluetooth is malfunctioning, my phone can’t connect to « Youngdo Music ». « youngdo ble » appears and shows it’s « connected » when it’s not. In short, the diffuser can’t play music or anything else anymore, only after 2 months usage. 
I feel like I lost my money!

The diffuser is great, however nothing functions in the app besides playing music which only has access to certain songs in the library. That’s fine, because you can play music directly from your phone on it.
The color changing light function doesn’t work, changing the mist doesn’t work and the power doesn’t work.

The diffuser works perfectly. However the app does not let me turn on the diffuser. I can turn on the lights except the diffuser. I hope they can fix this.

Please don’t market a product that can only get used half way, there’s no point, the product looses value once the main feature Dosent work. Fix your app or continue to get refunded products.

My app works well. Have had device for three months and I use device and app multiple times a week. One thing I wanna point out about app... the Bluetooth button in grey at the top left corner of the app (in the main screen where you turn on and control mist and time settings) you have to click that and it takes u to another screen. I only had one option. Click Youngdo_Ble and it creates a check mark. The app works a whole lot better and faster when u do this. Hopefully this helps.

Diffuser and lighting work really good! The only issue is that it finds songs on your phone, but it can’t play.
To use for diffuser excellent and to use as lamp the lights are a really nice ;)

I absolutely love the diffuser!! It’s beautiful and it works perfectly. The app worked the very first time I opened it and hasn’t again. I am so sad about this, because I thought that it was such a cool feature.
