I didn't get the subscription itself, the website gave me a message to contact support. Support ignores me. ### 1/5 — Spam and P0rn throughout experience *2024-11-24* Don’t ever subscribe to this because they say you’re selected for a gallery(s). It’s a scam. The new format of the site is also awful. The site is also full of pornography and they do little to monitor it but hassle accounts for bathing suit pg pictures. They also pick their favorite accounts to spotlight and ignore up and comers. ### 1/5 — Useless App For Irrelevant Dying Platform *2024-10-31* It’s another of the dime-a-dozen Instagram wannabes where you’ll get less engagement from viewers than their interval spam messages begging you to upgrade. They don’t like being called out for it. Happy to delete this junk which literally only has 1-star ratings. LOL ### 1/5 — Be careful with youpic *2024-10-25, version 5.0.1* I have been a pro with youPic for 18 months continuously told I would be able to have their “shop” access to sell my images. Never appeared Now having my pro status revoked in spite of continuous payment of, being honest excessive charges for what you get. I am about to cancel my subscription. For some reason though, the option for pro no longer comes up, just the loading circular bar. ### 1/5 — Login issues *2024-06-12* Have reported login issues but nothing is fixed and they continue charge me. There isn’t a way to cancel the card or account. Scam. ### 1/5 — Beware of Pro Membership & Shop - Broken! *2024-06-05, version 5.0.1* I’ve used YouPic for 3+ years and in the past month or so trying to access the shop functionality as a Pro member results in a 502 Gateway error. There’s zero ability to contact their support - it’s limited to FAQs. It’s a pity as the website, app and photographer community there are good. But being charged $359.88 for any annual pro membership you can’t fully use is looking like a scam now. ### 1/5 — DONT GET THIS APP *2024-05-24* Locked out of my account, charged 350$, and absolutely no reply from customer service email. Scam don’t buy this app. Can’t get my money back and still can’t cancel account when I had already tried to before I was charged. ### 2/5 — Ciekawe, ale … *2024-05-16, version 5.0.1* Czy darmowe konto ma ograniczenia w kontekście że maksymalnie 60 zdjęć i żeby dodać więcej to płać ? ### 1/5 — Login issue *2024-05-02* I made a secondary account but every time I try to login it tells me my email or password is wrong and I know for sure my password that I’m putting in is correct every time it does that it says forgot pass word so I press it and it sends me an email to the email address I set up with the account I press change password link that was sent to the email and it says content has gone on a journey and brings me back into the home sign in page ### 3/5 — Unstable version *2024-03-20, version 5.0.1* Unfortunately, the latest version of the program is very unstable. on iPhone XS it freezes, only a gray screen is visible. ### 1/5 — Worse than it was. New app/website is awful, scams present *2024-03-19* The new app and website is awful. They’re both unnecessarily complicated and some settings are completely removed. This makes it difficult if not impossible to navigate. Also, beware their scams to get you to upgrade by promising gallery entries. This looks to be a fake business that they own. Signing in on the website is probably as dumb as you can get because you need to scroll down to pull the sign in gateway into view and then reach upwards to sign in… Abject failure and I will be ending my subscription come the end of my year. ### 4/5 — Improved in Some Ways but Worse in Others *2024-03-03, version 5.0.0* l like the fact that there's more functionality now but I did like the layout and tabs ? much more with the original app. Being able to boost photos in the app could be handy. Is the app just mirroring the website now? The whole point of photography including the word itself means taking images of life, light, and time itself through a camera. Writing some words in a prompt and pressing generate to have an algorithm mash together stolen photos from a massive machine learning database is not photography. Now they are also restricting users unless they pay premium just to post. I knew that this app was going downhill when they started to allow AI generated art. Absolutely disgusting, it's already bad enough on Instagram and that's why I went to youpic for uploading my photography because there were legitimate photographers on that app but then not only was the AI generated art becoming a problem, there was also an alarming amount of fetish photography of Asian women posted by older white men and the problem is we don't know if these women are of age because of how young they look. Very troubling to see the direction that this app has gone and I am deeply offended and disgusted. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2025-06-17* Can no longer log in using Facebook, can not use app, after a few years of use ### 1/5 — Bias and Double Standards *2025-06-03* The app seemed ok and I liked the platform, the problem is the double standard they operate on with a bias. I’ve been a photographer for 30 years and work to put out quality work that tells a story. All the work I post is my own. That being said, I was warned about their bias by other users and they have gotten where they randomly pull down my work claiming I’m violating “site terms,” yet they can’t name what term. They will not even respond to queries. Don’t be like me and waste your money on a “ service” like this. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2025-03-08* Разводняк на деньги чтобы ты купил ПРО аккаунт.
