Then I delete it and reinstall it, and it works fine again. It’s getting really annoying. ### 1/5 — Really, is this the best you can do? *2023-02-07, version 4.0.0* This app is so clunky it’s like it was developed by a 5 year old. What’s the point of using facial recognition if you still have to put in a PIN? Auto login on opening please, instead of having to press two buttons, face recognition, PIN and then open to an empty screen. But then neither quick balance nor savings goal actually work. I’ve tried to set them multiple times and it never saves it. ### 1/5 — Not working - don’t do the update! *2022-12-29, version 4.0.0* Since updating the app 29-12-22 I can’t use it. I log in then it tells me due to inactivity it has logged me out. It does this every time I log in. Did not automatically transition access when upgraded and when app reinstalled freezes when forced to enter new password. States password must have 3 of the 4 categories then produces error stating password must be numeric before freezing . . . The circle animation on startup gets stuck and won’t continue to the login screen. Requires you to force quit and restart the app. Sometimes wont work but the online banking on laptop is fine. Does everything you could need, especially now that you can manager your cards and pin! This has so much more, including immediate transfers to other CMG accounts. Put the name of the bank as the name of the app. "Your Banking". It's not yours, it's mine. The app itself works. That's about as much as can be said. My payees won't work & when I reload them I receive an error message.
