I booked for the slot 2-3; then i got a message at 1.45am in the middle of the night when I was sleeping. So i got a penalty.It does not show am-pm options . Leads to confusion.

- Haven't got the refund they promised
- can't coordinate their activities
- Service staff not helpful.......creates more issues and asks for unnecessary information
- Machine failure..... didn't wash cloths even though I followed the steps properly. Even had the audacity to call and tell me to collect the unwashed cloths because time is over and they will charge panalty if I don't

Provide dark mode cause our phones now a days comes with dark mode which is so comfortable for eyes.. So sudden change in such app a bit annoying.. Add this feature.
