This app is everything I’ve been looking for and more.! It takes the guess work out of strength training while being customizable and very intuitive. If you’re looking for variety in your workouts, a way to track your progress, and a doable, sustainable plan that leaves you feeling empowered with a good kind of sore, give this a try. You won’t be sorry.
