### 4/5 — Pretty good, all things considered

*2022-03-20, version 2.0.0*

I bought this fitness tracker on clearance at a novelty shop because I wanted to try a Fitbit without the commitment of spending a bunch of money. Figured, it was $5, what did I have to lose? Overall the thing works great. Only complaint is that the app hasn’t quite been tracking my sleep right, it’s always off by a few hours (saying I slept more than I actually did), but honestly I don’t need the sleep function that much so it’s fine. It’s worth what I paid for and I don’t plan on taking it off anytime soon

### 3/5 — It’s good for the price

*2021-01-23, version 2.0.0*

Overall it’s a great price and you get a lot for your money. It has some flaws. The sleep tracking is off a bit. It will often show “deep sleep” when I’m simply sitting in bed reading or watching TV.

The band is incredibly difficult to get on and off. (Hint: take out the tracker before attempting to take on or off) I sometimes wish it were slimmer because it messes with the cuffs on my clothing.

This is my second one and I can’t get this one to notify me of text messages like the first. I’ve used all the tricks and it will only vibrate when I receive a phone call.

Can’t complain much because of the price. 🤷🏼‍♀️

### 4/5 — Just needs to be waterproof

*2020-12-16, version 2.0.0*

Just purchased mine from Target and instantly fell in love with it. It’s easy to set up and install; love that I can see who text or call without constantly running to the phone. Hard to believe it was only $10. Put my last smart watch to shame; would be even better if it was waterproof

### 3/5 — Decent

*2020-05-07, version 1.30*

The tracking of sleep is nice (I’ve only had for a day at the writing of this) but it does not track ANY steps- I did farm work all morning and it’s not even at 1000 steps. It keeps giving me inactive alarms despite me being on my feet since 5am, it’s 11am and off it goes again telling me to move.

### 4/5 — Simple and not too overwhelming for those of us who aren’t training for an ultra triathlon

*2019-10-20, version 1.20*

The only thing I would love to see is time interval settings for rotate wrist to see display settings. I keep blinding myself in the middle of the night when I flip my pillow over.

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2019-03-30, version 1.20*

This fitness tracker is pretty good. I got mine for a very low price and I am surprised it works well. It tracks my steps fine and it does almost everything it’s supposed to do. The only thing I can’t figure out to do is call or text. It says you link it with Bluetooth but I don’t know how to do it from the watch. I wish you could tell me how to do it in the app

### 4/5 — So far, so good

*2019-02-26, version 1.20*

Got this on clearance at Target for $3. Only had it for less than a week so we’ll see how long it lasts. I like the sedentary reminder, the text/voice vibration notifications, and the fact that the strap and device are light weight. It would be nice if it didn’t light up while I was sleeping. But, hey, it cost me $3! So, I’m not complaining. Two colors to select from, pink and mint.

### 4/5 — Pretty decent

*2019-01-21, version 1.20*

I’m enjoying the activity tracker and this app is very helpful. Would it be possible to add a function that displays on the app when the tracker is charging? It has the battery icon that shows the amount of battery left, but I find it hard to tell if the charger is properly connected. It would be nice to be able to double check with the app. Also, could there be a find my phone feature added? Thank you!

### 4/5 — Good but hard to charge

*2018-12-30, version 1.20*

I got mine at target and I didn’t think it could do all the cool things it does but the one bad thing about it is that the charging method is really hard. The prongs won’t stay on the pads so my tracker is not charging. If anyone has any tips please tell.

### 4/5 — It’s worth it

*2018-11-01, version 1.20*

I love this fitness tracker it’s amazing and it was only $10! It tracks your sleep data and that’s really amazing. Though I wish the band was little but more strong but also easier to put on because it’s really really hard for me to put on and it falls off a lot too. But other than that I really recommend this watch. It tells you the time. It tracks your steps. It tells you how many miles you’ve walked. And tells you how many calories you’ve burned. And it tracks your sleep data. So I really recommend it. And also it tells you if you’ve gotten messages though the calling doesn’t work for me. And I really wish I was waterproof! Can I can’t take showers with it on my wrist. So I really recommend this watch it is amazing.

### 3/5 — Cheap and Inaccurate

*2018-09-10, version 1.20*

The app is simplistic and just gives you the basic movement and sleep info from the tracker. It’s nothing to really speak heavily about.

The tracker is another monster. It recorded sleep for 2 nights and hasn’t recorded it since. My steps, my steps...I went to Universal Orlando and my phone had recorded 24,000 steps. The tracker recorded just over 10,000. So it’s VERY inaccurate. That 10,000 steps is the difference between meeting a goal and feeling like you’ll never drop any weight.

Bluetooth doesn’t always connect. This is annoying since I like having the data on more than a 1”x1” screen.

The text and call notifications are great when they work. You get a scrolling readout up to the display limit you set (1, 5 or 10 seconds I believe). It’s just enough to know who and the first 1-5 words of the text.

The band is CONSTANTLY coming off. It’s not at all secured. I’d liken it to a dollar store break-away cat collar (except this is all silicone). Walking and my wrist rubs against my leg: Band came off. It almost came off on a Universal ride when I was upside down (Hulk) but I was able to keep my wrist against the restraint until we stopped to unload.

Overall, 4/10. Probably won’t use for more than a watch. Saving up for either Apple Watch or FitBit.

### 3/5 — Good app but.....

*2018-08-19, version 1.20*

I like how my calls show up on my bit but if someone that I have in my contacts call me there contact name doesn’t show up just call shows up but if it’s someone not in my contacts there number appears can you fix that please cause I wanna know who’s calling me

### 3/5 — Just ok

*2018-08-07, version 1.20*

I’ve had this tracker for less than a week and I’ve found that it does not count all of my steps. I have a full flight of stairs and after going up and down all day, it always reads 1 flight. Today, there was a difference of over 1000 steps. I guess for $10 it’s alright but there’s definitely room for improvement

### 3/5 — This is a great tracker

*2018-07-02, version 1.20*

I’m still getting used to the data collection - there is no way to cheat in adding steps by waving arms lol - but the sleep data can’t be edited and it’s saying I’ve gone to bed at like 6pm when in reality I didn’t go to bed until maybe 3am. I might’ve taken the band off to shower and it wouldn’t reconnect or let me edit that, so that’s the only improvement I would suggest right now. I love it and really love spending just the $10 on this cute, comfy band over the $200 for a Fitbit

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — F-you “failure”

*2020-11-26, version 2.0.0*

I got this watch for my daughter who is very stressed out and very depressed to pick her up (she likes playing with my Fitbit) but the app posts “FAILURE”. There is no way to turn it off. I sent an email but no response. F you, don’t use that word when dealing with fitness and self image (tightly linked)

Even if you don’t have a fragile 9 yo butterfly with self esteem issues, if anyone or anything ever calls you a failure and you can’t shut it off don’t just throw them outta your life, throw that crap in the trash.

### 1/5 — Immediate Malfunction

*2020-01-15, version 1.30*

I bought this yesterday and all was fine until I awoke this morning to find it hadn’t recorded any steps that had taken during the night. I had awoken on three separate occasions to check on my baby. I refreshed the app, powered the watch on and off, plugged the watch into the power outlet, and finally deleted and re-uploaded the app to no avail. Yes, this product was a mere $10 however, I expected the most basic functionality which was a simple pedometer. I’m disappointed.

### 1/5 — You get what you pay for

*2018-07-22, version 1.20*

Purchased this item because it was one I could afford at the time. Also purchased one for my daughter. But my husband also purchased me a new iPhone. So on my walks I take my phone so I can listen to music. One day after my walk I compared my step count with my tracker and my phone tracker they were 2000 steps off. My phone had more than my tracker. My daughter said she had been doing some house work and her tracker did not count any steps at all for over 1 hr. Not very reliable. And I could not read my tracker outside at all. The light was not bright enough

### 1/5 — Sleep not tracked

*2018-05-23, version 1.20*

I’ve had this activity tracker for a few days now and it has yet to record my sleep, which is one of the reasons I purchased this. I’ve synced it many times and it never gives me data on my sleep. I’ve tried to find ways to resolve this, but have not been able to online. It does, however, record my activity. When outside, it’s incredibly difficult to see the display. Not super impressed with this, but then again you get what you pay for... I’ll be happy when I’ve saved for and purchase a Fitbit again.

### 1/5 — No 0 star - Trash - Waste of $10

*2018-05-13, version 1.20*

First of all, I want to complain how much money it costs for the fact that it doesn't even charge. I feel bad for the other person who got the same thing for her birthday, as it's a complete waste, of even a simple $10. Everytime I put it on the right spot, it immediately moves! I can't even turn it on to connect it. This just isn't worth it. Don't get the wristband, or the app.

### 2/5 — Wish I could connect

*2021-03-05, version 2.0.0*

Purchased and love the idea of a lower cost fitness watch thing, but the app thinks my Bluetooth on my phone is off and so won’t even search to connect the device...
this seems to be the fastest way to get developer response! Will change rating with fix!!

### 2/5 — You get what you pay for

*2018-10-05, version 1.20*

The first tracker I received was great. Loved that informed me of calls and texts and when to get moving. However, it kept coming off when I slept. It initially tracked my sleep, but after a week, it stopped tracking my sleep. It provided no sleep data

I purchased one for my boys since they were inexpensive and they wanted to track their steps as well. Well, their attention spans are short, so they lost interest quickly.
I used one of theirs hoping it would track my sleep. It didn’t track my sleep at all. I contacted NORTH and they gave trouble shooting tips, yet the tracker still doesn’t record my sleep data! Go figure. I will be upgrading soon and will pay a few extra dollars to get something that works properly. If you purchase one, don’t count on it tracking your sleep, only your steps, calls, text and inactivity.

### 2/5 — Needs to be be accurate and update is needed

*2018-07-23, version 1.20*

Says there’s an update since I bought it but it won’t update. Battery is starting to die too soon now. Also it I don’t sync it before midnight it doesn’t count my steps. It also doesn’t always do my sleep monitor either. Or my steps too early in the morning when my husband gets up for work. It needs to be be accurate in counting steps and needs to do updates. I don’t recommend being it.

### 2/5 — Second one not working

*2018-04-23, version 1.20*

My first one paired up fine and worked a whole hour max but never worked with sms alerts or call alerts. Then about an hour later the screen when white and it wouldn’t do anything. Returned for another and now this one says connected but isn’t. Everything I try to do like connect to Apple health, find band, etc it says device not paired. It’s like it pairs for a second and stops. Returning this one too. Waste of money and time. Would have been a cool budget item if it worked

### 3/5 — Three and a half to four stars

*2021-02-06, version 2.0.0*

Gave it three simply because it does not always load sleep data from the night before. Not a that big of a deal, the strap is very hard to put on and I need help to secure it. Otherwise I think it’s great for being $10 or so dollars

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — You get what you get

*2021-08-07, version 2.0.0*

Today at the Hagerstown mall we were back to school shopping and i came across it so we bought 2 one for me and for my sister so I’ll check back tomorrow and let you know how it goes but for 10 dollars u can’t beat it

### 5/5 — GREAT APP!!!! AND WATCH

*2020-09-27, version 1.30*

I love it because it dose everything it says on the box and works perfectly I always have my watch on me anytime just one problem it’s a little hard to put on but then again it stays on the whole day

### 5/5 — AMAZING 👌

*2019-11-02, version 1.30*

I love this thing it’s so good for its price everything work right away it worked on my iPod. I was really impressed how good quality it is but I would really like if you could buy different bands for the watch

### 5/5 — I love this thing

*2019-10-26, version 1.20*

So awesome how it tells who when someone is calling or texts.. it’d be SO awesome if I could get it wet & it’d still function bit for the price I really enjoy this product. DEFINITELY recommend to everyone. Even if they don’t ask 😅

### 5/5 — Awesome but.....

*2019-05-16, version 1.20*

This is a great app and everything but, I try to track my sleep and it not working for me I have had it for at least almost a year now and it still doesn’t work!!

### 5/5 — Something when wrong!?!?

*2019-02-04, version 1.20*

My fitness tracker was honing well until 12:00 am. My fitness tracker restarted and I could not connect. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. It did not work so I turned off my fitness tracker and turned it back on... still didn’t work. Plz fix this.....

### 5/5 — 🙂

*2018-10-24, version 1.20*

I was looking for a watch for school and my mom found this and got it for $10!!! I love it I know when I got a text or call. It tracks my sleep and steps! It’s just like a Fitbit but way cheaper!!!

### 5/5 — My reason for my activity tracker

*2018-10-21, version 1.20*

The your fitness bracelet was only ten bucks and my thing track my sleep 😴 and steps and it’s not even a fit bit. Also it tracks my burned calories and the date, time, whenever you are wearing it it tells you who sent you a message or call.

### 5/5 — Bug.

*2018-07-16, version 1.20*

It keeps asking me to update the app but when I get to the store, there’s no update. I’ve tried reinstalling and nothing happens, it keeps asking me to update it. Can we fix this please?

### 5/5 — Cheaper than, but Equal to a Fitbit

*2018-06-22, version 1.20*

I’ve been eyeing a Fitbit Alta for the longest time because it not only tracks your steps and tells you how many calories you burn but it also displays your calls and messages. I saw this at Target and thought oh my gosh only $10 for this little thing let me try it..I LOVE IT!! I literally check my steps all the time and it motivates me to keep going places to get the number up and seeing how many calories I’ve burned so far and miles I’ve walked, it’s amazing!! Also my phone was in my room and I was in the kitchen and I didn’t hear my phone ringing but because I had this tracker on I was able to go upstairs and answer the call!! Honestly this North Tracker is way cheaper than a Fitbit, but to me it’s everything I was looking for!!
