DO NOT BUY *2024-11-23, version 2.6.1* Do not buy! They continue to charge after cancellation! 8 months ago I CANCELLED my subscription through their link and I am STILL BEING CHARGED. I have been emailing back and forth for months only to have them tell me they sent a cancellation link 8months ago (duh!) and to click the link again! I had already gone through this process once but thought I’d do as they said and low and behold, I received an email saying I don’t have an account with them! No effort to resolve or refund the additional $132 I have been charged since cancellation has been made at all. I’m furious, out of pocket and highly recommend you look elsewhere for a Keto app. ### 1/5 — Awful don’t waste your money *2024-11-18, version 2.6.1* App is very glitchy and wasn’t accessible for 4 days. Terrible interface and useage. Honestly do not waste your cash on this app. Poor customer service. Difficult and long and drawn out cancellation process. And constant upsell notifications. Thought I was signed up for the first 3 months. Didn’t like it so deleted the app. Didn’t realise til 6 months later I was still being charged. I have disability and didn’t understand what I was signing up to as the site didn’t work properly hence I tried the app. It is disappointing how you advertise to be helpful and easy simple to use but offer the opposite. I for one will not advocate for you and I think it’s a disgrace that you have chosen this route and not done the correct thing but chosen to hide behind t&c no one reads!!! I will find a better solution for Keto support and will encourage others to do the same. You have to email them, then they email you a link which emails you another link that never shows up. C’est très frustrant. ### 1/5 — Poor recipes and terrible opt out *2024-07-15, version 2.4.6* Worst part was trying to leave. It wasn’t easy and took almost two weeks of emailing to unsubscribe. The recipes looked intriguing but after only two weeks of use I found so many recipes were unclear. They either didn’t show the cooking times, temperatures, or amounts on some recipes which rendered them useless and had to google alternatives, which is counter intuitive to the apps purpose. Not only that, the recipes were mostly fails. I’ve done keto three or four times over the last 6 years and thought this would be a new recipe group but it’s the worst I’ve used. ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-04-21, version 2.4.2* Can’t get anywhere on this website. Set up password twice and still says password incorrect. Now they have my credit card payment that I cannot go into my account to cancel. This company sent lots of pictures that you can’t see anything in it trying to say that I didn’t cancel it. I then downloaded the app again and even clicking on forgot my password, they send me a new one but the app say that my email doesn’t have an account… i tried 3 times and had the same response. I want my money back otherwise i will talk to my lawyer . Don’t waste your time with this scam/fraud **Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out. DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2025-03-03, version 3.0.3* Almost impossible to cancel as the system is set up to take you around in circles and never be able to cancel. I then had to email the company to cancel and it’s like they didn’t want to help me.
