It keeps telling me to go to the website. But every time I try to go to the website it sends me back to the online sign in page and it does not appear that I am able to even access the website. I guess I'm going to have to cancel out everything and start all over again but the problem is I don't know the loan number required to start all over again because I can't sign in to see my account and see my loan number!
