Backed by evidence based practice, your trainer is a qualified nurse as well as a qualified personal trainer who focuses only on functional movements designed to improve your personal level of core strength and flexibility to have you living your best life.  Pain free mobility is achieved by gently progressing your personal regime, keeping you accountable for your activities and providing specific exercise education for life.  All programs and progress are tracked on this platform and all programs are provided with full exercise instructions and demonstrations.
