Upgrade to 3 stars is also for the ability to file receipt photo for affinity points. Other restaurants with Thanx require credit card registration —- Looking at you bundt cake! January 21, 2026 —————————- If I could downgrade the app below 1 star, I would. A recent promotion offered 50 bonus points for a weekend visit/purchase of the current LTO menu feature. Apparently the points were only awarded via an on-line order or via direct-click of the email promo. No bonus points were added for photo receipt submission. While Thanx’s app build vastly improved the product imagery and may foster higher top-of mind-awareness and on-line order metrics, the customer loyalty engagement aspect remains user hostile and flawed. I hope the ERP/CRM elements of Thanx have improved Your Pie franchisee operations because the customer loyalty element of the app continues to erode. It would be nice if the app let you order everything that you can order in the restaurant. And not have such strict limitations on the toppings. It also needs the ability to properly manage credit cards. The first attempt to add my credit card said it was expired. But the real issue was that when I copied and pasted the number it had spaces in it that the field did not account for. I also did not see a way to remove or edit a credit card, and now it's hard for me to tell which one is in there correctly because I had to add it twice. The old app was great! This new app that keeps badgering you to put in your credit card info… not so great. I use Apple Pay so it wouldn’t work anyway, but I don’t love the idea of putting my credit card info anywhere that isn’t a payment terminal or a known-PCI-Compliant platform like Stripe or Shopify. My info may be encrypted but they’ve got to have a way to match it to card swipes and that’s an instant NO for me ### 1/5 — Embarrassingly bad app *2025-09-14, version 5.4.4* Terrible terrible app iphone 16e. Between the referral codes etc. I can’t even give them money for pizza. It says my own phone number is taken and I signed in with Apple!!!!!
