And makes navigation inconvenient. Other banking apps have this why doesn’t this one? Definitely worth 2 stars. ### 2/5 — Bank app *2024-12-16, version 4015.0.3* The app keeps logging me out of my account other than that it’s a great way to see my balance ### 1/5 — The transfer button on the app is not working *2024-11-08* Was working flawlessly until two weeks. Was unable to make a payment for my loan and almost went delinquent Until I was able to stop by my local branch to submit payment. I am not too happy. iPhone 14 Pro on iOS 17.6.1 ### 1/5 — Payment To Loan *2024-10-16* Don’t know what happened but all my of sudden can’t make loan payments through app. When you click on your loan there is a button that says pay. Well that button now is completely gray doesn’t say pay anymore just gray box. When you click on that pay box it’s supposed to go to another page with 3 options. It shows it 3 boxes all gray then goes right back to original page. So no way to make loan payments through bank app. This needs to be fixed. ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2024-10-05* This new app is terrible along with the website design. I shouldn’t have to login multiple times to do things between my accounts. All transactions are never shown. They have transfer limit $5000 daily, $10000 weekly and $20000 Monthly. Seriously!!!! And when i talk banker about it, they don’t knew it. Also external transfer not working at all for even $50 after successful linking account. This is unexpected. ### 1/5 — bringbacktheold *2024-06-13, version 5000004010.1.1* Wish you’d bring back the old app. The new one is horrible and lacking compared to the old app. Sometimes you don’t need to update everything. #bringbacktheold ### 1/5 — Bank transactions *2024-04-27* I make a payment every month sometimes early and the bank won’t generate the payment till the due day of course I know why they want to make their interest on the loan payment but I am questioning why I show every payment on my app but one of the payments is not showing on the app but they are telling me my account is current how do I know my balance is correct just cause they tell me on the phone it is and there is a glitch on their system as to why it’s not showing on the app so if you delete app and reinstall it should update and show on the app!!
