The challenge pages aren’t set up right, it should be easier to work through them or add them to the calendar by dragging and dropping. ### 3/5 — Great for beginners *2025-06-02* Great for beginners or anyone looking for short Pilates videos. There are tons of quick workouts to choose from, which is nice, but I’ve been stacking multiple videos to create a full hour long session. It works, but I end up spending only a small amount of time on certain movements and repeating some exercises. I’m currently subscribed while I search for a different app that is similar to a studio Pilates class. The teachers are great and classes are varied from beginner to killer! Beginner classes are great as the instructors are mindful to get you acquainted with the reformer with good instructions on how to manoeuvre around the reformer, slowly. There are also Pilates mat classes that are great for a change but still challenging. The instructors are clear in their instruction so I do not have to be watching the screen the entire time. The instructors give modifications. My favorite are the athletic cardio videos. I like the 45 min full body classes. I never have issues loading the app and I love being able to plan my week of classes by adding them to the calendar and create my own playlists. I use it with my A8 Align reformer. There are a range of workouts and challenges for all levels including physio led, mobility, gym series and remedial classes. Most just spin then keep saying there’s an error. When I try to report an issue in the app that option also won’t load…everything else does but not that one. Way too many quick workouts. I stack multiple videos to create a full hour long session. It works, but I always end repeating the same exercises. I saw very little results after almost a year of using your reformer. Even while maintaining the same diet, cardio and strength training. I had better progress with a different Pilates app in 3 months. ### 1/5 — Audio issues *2025-08-04, version 3.25.0* The ability to listen to your own music is really clunky. I love the idea and would love to do this but still need to hear the instructor. I spent 20 minutes trying to disconnect my music audio and play the normal instructor audio but I still couldn’t hear the instructor, think this needs some work. ### 1/5 — Can’t subscribe *2024-12-29, version 3.18.1* I would love to use this app—it looks awesome. But every time I hit “complete order” to try to sign up, the app crashes. ### 1/5 — Constantly locked out *2024-10-25* It is extremely hard to keep up the motivation when you never know if the app is going to open. Take my money but lock me out? Disappointing. Update: Months of trying to log on only to be locked out, payments still coming out of my account so I cancelled the service, all confirmed via email. Weeks go by and today I received an email as my payment had failed. A payment for a service I no longer have a subscription for…..and they are still trying to take money? The reformer arrived in 4 days with valet delivery service. The on demand classes (I’m surprised there are so many! I can go on without repeating for 3 years) are mostly great. I especially enjoy Simon’s classes, he is so interactive. With the cost of Pilates reformer classes being so expensive I wanted my own machine to use in the comfort of my own home. Delivery and assembly of my machine was quick and efficient but the best thing is being part of the YR community. Having access to the app gives me the confidence that I’m being supported while using my machine at home.
