My wife, who has a loyalty card has not been able to register the app and link her card as it is not sending the confirmation email. There is no app support showing in the app. and whilst there is an FAQ tab, there is no way to ask a question if the answer cannot be found. I am sure this can all be resolved, but it is frustrating as things in this day and age should be 99% working from day one.
