Like being able to send more documents than what you allow because HHSC asks for so many documents! Then the client has to go and mail, fax, or take the documents in. Not all the documents sent go through and we can delete them to make room for other documents or resend those documents! This is one issue I have experienced just recently! But I’ve experienced so many others.
