With big variety of topics, there is consistently high level of abilities in each instructor. I had invested my trust in their online teacher training course (300-hr) to my complete satisfaction. There is so much calmness and so much learning within this app. The teachers are knowledgeable, authentic and lovely. This app is less expensive than Netflix or any in person yoga class, but the learning opportunities are endless and can entertain you for hours!
