For a long time, I was stuck in self-doubt.

I always felt like I wasn't doing enough and was always judging myself, making my work difficult and miserable.

I realized I couldn’t continue this way, so I made this tiny tool.

It will send you empowering quotes and remind you to record good thing everyday.

In the process of doing it, I affirm myself a little bit every day, and I have done a lot of things efficiently, including making this App.

It incorporates some psychology and mindfulness techniques that I hope will help you too.

23年花三十块订阅了一年，现在26年降价到十八块了哈。
东西理念做的不错，实际上也是看了和同类型app比较之后相对便宜汉化就买了。
但是实际使用的过程中总重复推送同样的句子。申请部分退款也被驳回了。
开发者你明明能看到小红书评论也不维护软件现在还想重新宣传“爱你老己”app理念，这个差评一定要奉上～

本来以为就是一个鸡汤软件，最近很需要激励所以下载了。每天五次推送，每句话都或多或少抚慰到我的情绪。「点击夸奖自己」这部分用得很上头，有许多小事不足为外人道，但自己心里还是想给予/收获肯定。一个小建议：写不出想夸自己的内容时，就找不到查看以往夸夸记录的方式哎？只有夸完自己才能查看记录哈哈哈，这个设定让我想看记录时，一定得回顾今日高低夸自己一下，就算是bug也蛮有趣
