It often times out or doesn’t work at all and when it does it is INCREDIBLY slow. It will time out at the end of a request and you can’t tell if the request went in or not. It needs many fixes unfortunately. ### 2/5 — Buggy for past year *2025-05-31, version 1.28* Lots of issues with this app, at first I just skipped using it bc my reservations wouldn’t go through, or the add ons would be missed. This past month I get server connection errors. Pity, bc rewards are associated with using the app, but half the time the pet boarding has to enter it manually ### 4/5 — Good, but somewhat lacking… *2025-03-07, version 1.28* It’s great for making appointments, but it’s not great for canceling or rescheduling. It would also be great to know what days the Groomer is in. It also doesn’t let me select a particular person/see a particular parsons availability, just lets me book with the organization as a whole. Tech is working to fix app but for now I either have to go in or phone. Second, it would be great if the app actually keep a journal of all your previous appointments for your pets as well. This seems like something everyone could use. Overall this a very basic app and could use more development. ### 1/5 — Awful UX *2023-12-23, version 1.17* Asks for your zip code. On iPhone the keypad blocks the submit button. So you can type your zip code but you can’t press submit. Just awful. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2023-12-15, version 1.17* Pointless app, nothing works, they keep changing my dog’s information every time I use the app. It changes my dog’s breed and a bunch of info such as their spay and neuter info. I have to update this EVERY time! Ridiculous. The booking never works and disappears constantly. There’s nowhere to see current appointments either. They don’t show up anywhere. They also advertise cameras and kennel cams to watch your dog, BUT THERES NO WHERE TO WATCH IT. Why are you advertising this??? I contacted customer service and they said it’s not available… WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING THIS?? WORST APP EVER ### 1/5 — No support for Pocket pets *2023-12-03, version 1.17* I have two hamsters who I may need to board with a pocket pet care company. They say they can do appointments through this app, but when I tried to add a pet, there was no option for anything other than cat or dog. Just really unhelpful and underdeveloped. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2023-10-24, version 1.16* Would give 0 stars. App requires a “one time” code sent to email in order to log in. However opening the email app resets the log process in the Yourgi app requiring the user to restart the log in process creating an endless loop of attempting to log in then looking for code then attempting to log in and so on. I have stopped trying to use the app and just call my groomer now. They say I’m not alone and I expect they will discontinue using it soon from complaints. Uninstalled. ### 2/5 — Can’t even register pet *2023-10-07, version 1.15* Many of the text fields are broken. Other times the keyboard stays pulled up when a roller menu appears. WTF. just come back with a screen that says nothing within 25 miles. Constant server errors; always says “pending acceptance” even after the daycare has accepted the reservation. So buggy and awful. I would rather book via carrier pigeon than have to deal with this garbage ever and I am convinced the positive reviews are fake ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work. *2025-12-26, version 1.32* Just that. It won’t let me book at my dog day care. I keep getting a server error message. Asked in person about upcoming boarding and they say yes it was cancelled however shows active on app. Shows days twice booked for daycare upcoming. If charging synced with this app I would ask for receipts ### 1/5 — No rewards page? *2025-08-17, version 1.29* Our doggie daycare started using this app recently for “rewards.” This app literally does nothing. There is no rewards page, there is no rewards page even on the browser version, and even though it will show our dog’s booked days appear in app, they still have to be booked via the daycare’s own app, not Yourgi. Yourgi doesn’t even show the daycare facility as searchable in their system (it just linked to the daycare app via my email). Like, who is this even for? ### 1/5 — Re: outsourcing their problems *2025-05-19, version 1.28* Once again, this is an app that has a lot of bugs in it, but to get it to market, they allow the bugs to be resolved by the public. They’re FAQ and Customer Service is not existent or useless. it often doesn’t work.
