First set-up a unique Profile that will be used every time you are in a dangerous situation. *Should you find yourself in a real emergency situation the yourHelp application can be triggered to send an emergency message(which includes your Device Status,GPS coordinates,Profile,Help Message) to the emergency number [e.g 911] and can therefore save valuable time in the rescue efforts. *Texting to 911 is different from making a voice call to 911 in this respect. Took me not long to figure out. Would be better if I can preset contact list instead of default 911, then add in more contact inside the msg. The whole point of this app is to quickly send out sos msg. This app is sth you wish you'll never need but will be very useful if you have it when you need it. And when it comes to emergency situations, I doubt that you going to type in your info, so this app is a crap because you can just send a simple SMS to 911 and they will locate you right away. The conclusion: this app has nothing to do with anything like, you preloaded your information and all you have to do is press the "Send" button and the app will just add your coordinates and send the message. To developer: this issue has to be fixed, otherwise shame on you. **Developer response:** Hello, I apologize for the confusion, this may not have been explained clearly enough. The profile appears as “empty” for privacy reasons; however, all profile data is stored locally on your device. When you trigger the action, you will see all prefilled information included in the SMS content. In any case, after 10 years I am bringing this app back to life with many improvements and several unique new features.
